A filter that can make a reflection delay of an initial stage coupling part correspond to a change in a passband due to a manufacturing error of a substrate or the like is realized. A filter according to an example embodiment includes: a substrate having a dielectric property; an initial stage coupling part formed on the substrate; and an interstage coupling part formed on the substrate. The initial stage coupling part is formed so that a reflection delay is decreased in accordance with an increase in a passband due to a manufacturing error of the substrate or the interstage coupling part, or so that the reflection delay is increased in accordance with a decrease in the passband.

Filter and method for manufacturing the same

This optical sensor includes an illuminating optical fiber, a first light receiving optical fiber, a second light receiving optical fiber, and a measuring unit. An intersection of a reflected light entering the first light receiving optical fiber and the reflected light entering the second light receiving optical fiber is located on a front end surface of a sensor head or is closer to the peripheral surface of a moving body (a rotating body) than the front end surface of the sensor head is. This can compensate for effects of thermal expansion and accurately measure a clearance.

A clearance measurement device is a device for measuring a clearance between an inner peripheral surface of a casing and an outer peripheral surface of a rotary body. This device: emits light having a first wavelength and a second wavelength, respectively, towards the outer peripheral surface of the rotary body; receives the light reflected from the outer peripheral surface via a first filter having a transmission band corresponding to the first wavelength and via a second filter having a transmission band corresponding to the second wavelength; and measures the clearance based on a time difference of the moment to detect the rotary body.

Clearance measurement device, clearance measurement sensor, and clearance measurement method

A clearance measurement device is for measuring a clearance between an inner peripheral surface of a cylindrical casing and an outer peripheral surface of a rotating member configured to rotate in the casing. The clearance measurement device includes a marker provided to the outer peripheral surface; an optical sensor attached to the casing, and configured to emit light toward the outer peripheral surface, receive light reflected from the rotating member, and detect the marker based on a change in amount of the received reflected light; and a measurement controller configured to perform signal processing on signals from the sensor. The sensor includes light reception fibers disposed such that optical axes intersect and having a measurement region on the outer peripheral surface, and planar light sources provided in a row along a rotating direction and each configured to emit light in a manner overlapping with the measurement region.

There is provided a band-pass filter capable of easily changing a bandwidth of a pass band. Band-pass filter and control method thereof

An optical sensor includes an optical fiber disposed in such a way that an end surface thereof is exposed in a distal end surface () of a sensor head (). The optical sensor includes: a first plate material (first metal plate) () in close parallel contact with the distal end surface of the sensor head, and in which a through-hole is formed in a position corresponding to the end surface of the optical fiber; and a second plate material (second metal plate) () disposed parallel to the first plate material (first metal plate) and toward the front thereof in a measuring direction, and in which a through-hole is formed at a point of intersection with a virtual straight line perpendicular to the end surface of the optical fiber. With this optical sensor, it is possible for clearance measurement to be performed even if the optical fiber becomes opaque or worn.

Conventional coaxial wiring devices present a problem in that the management of the manufacturing process therefor is difficult. A coaxial wiring device according to the present invention includes a first member, a second member, and a conductor plate. The first member () and the second member () include, when a line that connects a first port and a second port is denoted by a reference line, a first groove () that has a central point on the reference line and extends in a direction that intersects with the reference line; a second groove () that connects one end (FN) of the first groove () and the first port; a third groove () that connects the other end (FN) of the first groove () and the first port and has a shape that is line symmetrical to the second groove () with respect to the reference line; a fourth groove () that connects one end (FN) of the first groove () and the second port; and a fifth groove () that connects the other end (FN) of the first groove () and the second port and has a shape that is line symmetrical to the fourth groove () with respect to the reference line.

A steam turbine casing includes a lower half part having a plurality of lower support portions projecting horizontally around a lower half part body; an upper half part connected onto the lower half part; a support member fixed to an upper surface part of a respective one of the lower support portions; and a plurality of support columns each having a lower end part on a frame and an upper end part to which a lower surface part of the support member fixed to a corresponding one of the lower support portions. Thus, thermal deformation of the casing is suppressed, and a suitable clearance can be maintained between the casing and a turbine.

An optical fiber probe includes a probe body, an optical fiber, and a position regulating member. The probe body has a first bottom plate with an outer surface, a second bottom plate opposite to the first bottom, and an internal space. The optical fiber is housed in the internal space. The position regulating member is attached to the probe body. The optical fiber includes a small-diameter portion and a large-diameter portion. The first bottom plate has an inner surface in the internal space and a through hole for communicating the outer surface and the inner surface. The small-diameter portion is inserted into the through hole. The large-diameter portion is arranged such that a first end face thereof is in contact with the inner surface while being bent by the position regulating member in contact with a second end face thereof.

A coaxial waveguide conversion device according to the present invention includes a first member; a second member provided so as to be opposed to the first member; and a conductor plate provided so as to be sandwiched between the first member and the second member. A waveguide is formed in the first member and the second member to a depth that penetrates the first member and does not penetrate the second member. The conductor plate includes an opening having a shape corresponding to a shape of an aperture plane of the waveguide; a conductor surface portion provided around the opening; an antenna portion; a waveguide short-circuit portion connecting the antenna portion with the conductor surface portion; a coaxial wiring portion provided at one end of the antenna portion; and a coaxial line short-circuit portion connecting another end of the antenna portion with the conductor surface portion.
