An in-wheel motor vehicle drive device includes an electric motor driving a drive gear, and the drive gear provided with a gear portion configured to receive drive force of the drive gear and a first wall surface extending along a direction orthogonal to an extending direction of a rotation center axis of the gear portion, the first wall surface for forming a pump chamber. The in-wheel motor vehicle drive device further includes a hub configured to transmit the drive force to the wheel, and an oil pump driven by the electric motor. The oil pump includes an oil pump cover including a second wall surface facing the first wall surface of the pump chamber, and a pump rotator arranged at a space between the first wall surface of the driven gear and the second wall surface of the oil pump cover, the pump rotator integrally rotating with the driven gear.

In-wheel motor vehicle drive apparatus

A vehicle drive device includes an electric motor disposed in a wheel, a planetary gear mechanism, and a hub. The electric motor is configured to generate a drive force which drives the wheel. The drive force of the electric motor is transmitted to the planetary gear mechanism. The hub transmits a drive force of the planetary gear mechanism to the wheel. The planetary gear mechanism includes a pinion gear having a first pinion and a second pinion coaxial with the first pinion and having a smaller diameter than the first pinion, a fixed ring gear which engages with the first pinion, and a drive ring gear which engages with the second pinion and transmits a drive force to the hub. The first pinion is disposed at a position away from an end portion of the stator core in a direction in which a rotation center axis of the wheel extends.

Vehicle drive device

An electric vehicle drive unit includes: first and second traveling motors that include first and second rotors, respectively; and a first planetary gear mechanism that includes first to third rotation element, The first rotation element is rotatably coupled to the first rotor. The second rotation element is rotatably coupled to the second rotor via a connection portion. The third rotation element is coupled to an output shaft coupled to a drive wheel side. Rotary axes in the first planetary gear mechanism, the first traveling motor and the second traveling motor are coaxially arranged. The electric vehicle drive unit further includes a clutch that disconnectably connects any two rotation elements among the first to third rotation elements to switch the two rotation elements to a directly coupled state at the time of connection.

A motor drive device includes a stator, a rotor, a first output shaft being provided in the rotor shaft and integrally rotating with a first drive gear, a second output shaft being provided in the first output shaft and integrally rotating with a second drive gear, a first one-way clutch being provided between an inner periphery of the rotor shaft and an outer periphery of the first output shaft, the first one-way clutch transmitting only a driving force that operates in a first direction, a second one-way clutch being provided between the inner periphery of the rotor shaft and an outer periphery of the second output shaft, the second one-way clutch transmitting only a driving force that operates in a second direction that is opposite to the first direction, and a decelerator.

A hybrid vehicle driving device includes: a first motor generator; a second motor generator; an input shaft; an output shaft; a rotating member rotatably linked to the output shaft; a connection member to which the first motor generator is connected; a connection mechanism which connects and disconnects the connection member and the rotating member; a one-way clutch connecting the input shaft and the connection member; a synchronization control portion synchronizing the rotational speed of the first motor generator with the rotational speed of the rotating member; a first engine control portion maintaining the rotational speed of an engine; a connection portion connecting the connection member and the rotating member to each other; and a second engine control portion controlling the engine such that the rotational speed of the input shaft is synchronized with the rotational speed of the connection member.

Hybrid vehicle driving device

A drive apparatus for a hybrid vehicle includes: an engine applying a drive force to drive wheels via a drive shaft; a motor applying a drive force to the drive wheels via a rotation shaft; a planetary gear mechanism having first, second, and third elements lining up sequentially with a gap interposed therebetween corresponding to a gear ratio; and an automatic transmission having input and output shafts rotatably connected to the drive wheels, and changing a gear ratio obtained by the division of the rotation speed of the input shaft by the rotation speed of the output shaft, wherein the input and drive shafts are connected to the second element, the output shaft and one end of the rotation shaft are connected to the first element, and the output shaft and the other end of the rotation shaft are connected to the third element.

Drive apparatus for hybrid vehicle

A drive force control system includes an engine for controlling an output in accordance with an operation of an accelerator of a vehicle, a drive motor assisting a torque of the engine, an operation state detection portion detecting an operation state of the accelerator, and a control portion performing an advancing compensation control by the drive motor together with a drive control of the engine on the basis of an amount of change of the operation state of the accelerator generated within a predetermined time to provide greater acceleration than a case where the operation state of the accelerator is maintained.

Drive force control system

A vehicle control apparatus includes a determination portion determining whether a vehicle is running by using a motor without using an engine or the vehicle is running by using both of the engine and the motor, a detection portion detecting a start-up request of the engine, a drive power calculation portion calculating a requested drive power in a case where it is detected that the vehicle is running by using the motor without using the engine and the start-up request is detected, and an engine start-up control portion driving a drive shaft by outputting the drive power by means of the motor at a start-up of the engine, the engine start-up control portion causing the vehicle to run by using both of the engine and the motor after the output of the drive power is completed.

Vehicle control apparatus

A damper device includes a damper unit arranged on a motive power transmission path between a motive power source and a gear mechanism and configured for absorbing torque fluctuations that might be generated by elastic force between the motive power source and the gear mechanism. The damper device also includes a limiter unit that produces slip when the torque fluctuations have exceeded a preset value. The limiter unit is arranged on a motive power transmission path between the damper unit and the gear mechanism.

Vehicle drive system

The rotating shaft of the motor is connected to and disconnected from the first coupled rotating shaft, the crankshaft of the engine, and the drive shaft is connected to and disconnected from the second coupled rotating shaft and the third coupled rotating shaft. Thereby, the connection state when a power is output to the drive shaft can be increased and the power to the drive shaft can be output in a more efficient connection state in comparison with only connecting and disconnecting the rotating shaft of the motor to and from the first coupled rotating shaft and the crankshaft of the engine.

A vehicle transmission apparatus includes an engine generating a driving force; a transmission having, therein, at least one input shaft being connectable to the engine and an output shaft connected to a drive wheel, the transmission being capable of establishing, therein, one of plural shift stages in response to a vehicle driving condition; at least one clutch mechanism for establishing and interrupting transmission of a driving force of the engine to the transmission, the at least one clutch mechanism being capable of being connected to the at least one input shaft; and a braking means for applying a braking force to the engine.

Transmission apparatus having a clutch

An apparatus for controlling a gear ratio changing operation in a transmission includes clutch controlling device, a motor generating an assist driving torque, and an assist driving torque controlling device for controlling, in response to a clutch operation, the motor to generate a target assist driving torque. While transmission of driving torque between an internal combustion engine and the transmission is being cut off during a clutch control at a constant stroke speed from an engaged state to a disengaged state for a shift operation in the transmission, the assist driving torque controlling device controls the motor to generate an assist driving torque so that the assist driving torque reaches the target assist driving torque at a constant rise rate per time.

Apparatus for controlling a gear ratio changing operation in a transmission

A torque transmission device includes an engine, a motor, an output shaft, and a planetary gear mechanism. The engine and the motor generate driving torque, and the output shaft outputs the driving torque. The planetary gear mechanism includes a first rotating element rotating together with the engine, a second rotating element connected to the motor, and a third rotating element connected to the motor. The torque transmission device further includes a primary clutch, a secondary clutch, a primary brake, and a secondary brake. The primary clutch selectively transmits rotation of the second rotating element to the output shaft, and the secondary clutch selectively transmits rotation of the third rotating element to the output shaft. The primary brake selectively stops the rotation of the third rotating element, and the secondary brake selectively stops the rotation of the second rotating element.

Torque transmission device

A lock-up clutch in a torque converter includes a front cover connected to an input shaft, a piston disposed between the front cover and a torque converter mechanism that can be axially moved on an input shaft and can be engaged or disengaged with the front cover. A first member is disposed between the piston and the torque converter mechanism, a second member is provided at both sides of the first member and the second member is rotatable with respect to the first member for a first predetermined rotational angle. A first elastic member is disposed between the first member and the second member for elastically connecting the first member and the second member with each other and a second elastic member is provided inwardly of the first elastic member for elastically connecting the first member at a second predetermined rotational angle which is less than the first predetermined rotational angle. A stopper member is provided at the outer periphery of the second member for slowing the rotational speed of the first member with respect to the second member by stopping the projection in the rotational direction at a third predetermined rotational angle which is less than the first predetermined rotational angle and more than the second predetermined rotational angle.
