A work vehicle including: a transmission configured to receive motive power input from a motive power source, and shift and output the input motive power to a travel device; a transmission case housing the transmission; and a gear pair disposed in the transmission, in a bottom section of an internal space of the transmission case, and including (i) a first power transmission gear configured to rotate about a first rotation axis, and (ii) a second power transmission gear configured to mesh with the first power transmission gear and rotate about a second rotation axis that is parallel with the first rotation axis. The work vehicle further includes at least one gear cover covering the first power transmission gear and the second power transmission gear.

Work vehicle

There is provided a work vehicle including a partition wall to keep partition between a first space zone as part of an internal space of the transmission case in which a differential mechanism is located and a second space zone as part of the internal space which is adjacent to the first space zone. An upper space is disposed above the partition wall and configured to allow lubricating oil scooped up from the first space zone by a ring gear to flow in the second space zone. A flow-out path is disposed below the upper space and configured to allow the lubricating oil to flow out of the second space zone to the first space zone.

There is provided a work vehicle including an oil outlet port and a partition part. The oil outlet port opens to a bottom portion in one end side of a transmission case in a vehicle body front-back direction and a vehicle body left-right direction. The oil outlet port takes out a lubricating oil from an interior of the transmission case. The partition part divided an internal space of the transmission case into a first space zone along a sidewall portion of the transmission case, and a second space zone other than the first space zone. The partition part brings the first space zone into a sealed state.

A traveling transmission device of a tractor including a transmission case to which power from an engine is inputted via an input shaft, a speed changer transmission section provided inside the transmission case and configured to input power from the input shaft and to speed-change the inputted power and output it, and a rear wheel differential mechanism provided inside the transmission case and configured to input power outputted from the speed changer transmission section and transmit the inputted power to left and right rear wheels. The speed changer transmission section includes a plurality of speed changer sections configured to speed-change power from the input shaft by a gear coupling mechanism and a multiple-disc clutch and output it, and, inside the transmission case, an oil feeding pipe extends upwardly of the speed changer transmission section and a discharge nozzle connects to respective portions of the plurality of speed changer sections.

Traveling transmission device of tractor

A power transmission device for a work vehicle includes a transmission case, a gear transmission housed in the transmission case and configured to transmit power to a travel device, and a transmission gear provided in the gear transmission in a state of sitting in lubricating oil stored in an internal space of the transmission case, the transmission case being provided with a wall part supporting a support shaft of the transmission gear in a state of being adjacent to the transmission gear, and the wall part being provided with a cover part protruding toward the outer periphery of the transmission gear from the wall part and covering the transmission gear.

Power transmission device for work vehicle

Provided are a speed changer device, a forward/reverse switchover device for converting output of the speed changer device into forward traveling power and reverse traveling power, a rear wheel differential mechanism for inputting output of the forward/reverse switchover device and transmitting it to rear wheels, and a gear transmission mechanism for transmitting power of an output shaft of the forward/reverse switchover device to an input shaft of the rear wheel differential mechanism. A transmission case is separable into a front case portion accommodating the speed changer device and a rear case portion accommodating the forward/reverse switchover device, the rear wheel differential mechanism and the gear transmission mechanism. The gear transmission mechanism is detachably provided at a portion of the inside of the transmission case which portion corresponds to a front end portion of the rear case portion.

A carrier includes a first carrier portion and a second carrier portion. The first carrier portion includes a gear housing space that houses a planetary gear, an opening that opens the gear housing space toward the second carrier portion and allows the planetary gear to fit into the gear housing space, and a first support hole that supports a first end portion of the planetary support shaft. The second carrier portion includes a cover portion that covers the opening, a second support hole that supports a second end portion of the planetary support shaft, and a joining portion that detachably joins the second carrier portion to the first carrier portion. The joining portion is joined to the first carrier portion by being tightened in a direction aligned with a direction of an axial core of a sun gear.

A semiconductor device of the present invention includes a supporting board, an electrode surface processing layer formed on the supporting board, a semiconductor element, and a solder material containing a first metal composed mainly of bismuth and a second metal having a higher melting point than the first metal and joining the electrode surface processing layer and the semiconductor element, the first metal containing particles of the second metal inside the first metal. The composition ratio of the second metal is higher than the first metal in a region of the solder material corresponding to the center portion of the semiconductor element, and the composition ratio of the second metal is at least 83.8 atomic percent in the region corresponding to the center portion.

Semiconductor device

A joint structure joins an electronic elementincluded in an electronic component to an electrodeincluded in that electronic component. The joint structure includes a solder layer, which contains 0.2 to 6% by weight of copper, 0.02 to 0.2% by weight of germanium and 93.8 to 99.78% by weight of bismuth, a nickel layer provided between the solder layer and the electrode, and a barrier layer provided between the nickel layer and the solder layer. Here, the barrier layer is formed so as to have an average thickness of from 0.5 to 4.5 &#x3bc;m after the electronic element and the electrode are joined by the solder layer.

Joint structure and electronic component

The present invention provides a semiconductor component having a joint structure including a semiconductor device, an electrode disposed opposite the semiconductor device, and a joining material which contains Bi as main component and connects the semiconductor device to the electrode. Since the joining material contains a carbon compound, joint failure due to the difference in linear expansion coefficient between the semiconductor device and the electrode can be reduced compared with conventional materials. The joining material which contains Bi as main component enables provision of a joint structure in which a semiconductor device and an electrode are joined by a joint more reliable than a conventional joint.

A manufacturing method for a bonded structure, in which a semiconductor device is bonded to an electrode by a bonding portion, the method including: first mounting a solder ball, in which a surface of a Bi ball is coated with Ni plating, on the electrode that is heated to a temperature equal to or more than a melting point of Bi; second pressing the solder ball against the heated electrode, cracking the Ni plating, spreading molten Bi on a surface of the heated electrode, and forming a bonding material containing Bi-based intermetallic compound of Bi and Ni; and third mounting the semiconductor device on the bonding material.

Bonded structure and manufacturing method for bonded structure

A method of manufacturing a semiconductor mounting board includes providing a base member and linear conductive members formed of metallic wires. The conductive members are constructed so that they extend linearly between a semiconductor element-mounting face and a circuit board-mounting face of a base member, and are integrally molded within the base member.
