The present invention relates to [1] an aqueous composition for ink-jet printing, containing a carbodiimide compound, a polyester resin and water; [2] a ink set for ink-jet printing containing an aqueous composition a containing a carbodiimide compound and water, and an aqueous composition b containing a polyester resin; [3] an ink set for ink-jet printing, containing the aforementioned aqueous composition for ink-jet printing and a water-based ink containing a colorant; and [4] an ink-jet printing method including the step 1 of ejecting a carbodiimide compound, a polyester resin, a colorant and water onto a surface of a printing medium by an ink-jetting method to print characters or images thereon; and the step 2 of subjecting the resulting printed characters or images to heat treatment at a temperature of 50 to 200° C. According to the aqueous composition of the present invention, it is possible to obtain a printed material that is excellent in rub fatness.

Aqueous ink for inkjet recording

The present invention relates to [1] an aqueous composition for ink-jet printing containing a carbodiimide compound, a vinyl polymer and water, in which the vinyl polymer is dispersed in the aqueous composition in the form of polymer particles formed by partially neutralizing carboxy groups of the vinyl polymer with a basic compound having a boiling point of not higher than 130&#xb0; C.; [2] an ink set for ink-jet printing containing an aqueous composition a containing a carbodiimide compound and water, and an aqueous composition b containing a vinyl polymer; and [3] an ink-jet printing method including the step 1 of ejecting a carbodiimide compound, a pigment, a vinyl polymer and water by an ink-jetting method to print characters or images, and the step 2 of subjecting the resulting printed characters or images to heat treatment at a temperature of 50 to 200&#xb0; C. According to the aqueous composition of the present invention, it is possible to obtain a printed material that is excellent in rub fatness.

The present invention relates to a water-based ink that contains pigment-containing polyester-based resin particles A, pigment-free polyester-based resin particles B, an organic solvent and water, in which a content of an organic solvent C having a boiling point of not higher than 235&#xb0; C. in a whole amount of the organic solvent is not less than 90% by mass. The water-based ink of the present invention can be improved in rub fastness, solvent resistance and adhesion to a non-water absorbing printing medium with good balance therebetween, even when printed on the non-water absorbing printing medium.

Aqueous ink

The present invention relates to [1] a water-based ink including pigment-containing water-insoluble polymer particles A, water-insoluble vinyl-based polymer particles B and an organic solvent C, in which the water-insoluble polymer particles A are obtained by crosslinking polymer particles; the water-insoluble polymer particles B include at least one material selected from the group consisting of water-insoluble vinyl-based polymer particles and the like; the organic solvent C includes at least one compound selected from the group consisting of diethylene glycol monobutyl ether and diethylene glycol monoisobutyl ether, and propylene glycol, in which a total content of diethylene glycol monobutyl ether and diethylene glycol monoisobutyl ether in the water-based ink is not less than 0.8% by mass, and a content of an organic solvent having a boiling point of higher than 250&#xb0; C. in the water-based ink is not more than 5% by mass; and a content of water in the water-based ink is not less than 45% by mass, and [2] an ink-jet printing method including the step of printing characters or images on a recording medium using the aforementioned water-based ink. The water-based ink of the present invention is excellent in long-term storage stability as well as ejection stability upon ink-jet printing, and can be improved in image quality of printed characters or images, rub fastness, water resistance, solvent resistance and adhesion to a substrate with a high level and a good balance when printed on a non-water absorbing recording medium.

Water-based ink

The present invention relates to a scroll fluid machine in use for compressors, expanders and the like, comprising spiral fine regulation elements having the same curvature as each spiral side plate of a fixed scroll and an orbiting scroll and grooves provided in an end face of each spiral side plate of both scrolls and provided with a stepped portion formed halfway thereof for being forced thereinto said spiral fine regulation elements, and axial gap between the end face of each spiral side plate of the fixed scroll and the orbiting scroll and the opposite bottom face of each bed plate being finely regulated by setting depths of putting the fine regulation elements in the grooves, whereby preventing a fluid from leaking in the operation thereof.
