A medical port includes: a faceplate having a through-hole; an elastic member formed in a curved shape and configured to clamp and fix a living tissue between the elastic member and the faceplate; and a string-shaped member fixed at a first end to the elastic member and extending from the elastic member through the faceplate. The elastic member is configured such that extension of the string-shaped member through the faceplate in a direction opposite to the elastic member reduces an outer diameter of the curved shape of the elastic member.

A medical port includes: a faceplate having a through-hole; a fixing ring formed in an annular shape and having an outer circumferential surface in which an outer diameter is gradually increased from a first opening end opened at a faceplate side toward a second opening end opened at an opposite side of the faceplate side; and a moving member connected to the fixing ring and the faceplate and configured to move the fixing ring with respect to the faceplate such that the fixing ring is pulled toward the faceplate.

The present application relates to a biological tissue transfer method for transferring a biological target tissue within the body, the method comprising: (a) attaching part of a first traction member to a first position which is different from a connecting position at which the target tissue is connected to other biological tissue; (b) attaching part of a second traction member to a second position which serves as the apex of a triangle formed together with the connecting position and the first position that surrounds the target site; (c) extending the first traction member in the direction from the connecting position to the first position, and extending the second traction member in the direction from the connecting position to the second position; and (d) transferring the target tissue within the body by applying traction on the first traction member and the second traction member respectively.

A method of making an incision in an organ includes piercing, by a puncture needle having a proximal end and a distal end, an abdominal wall and an organ that is to be incised, disposing, via the puncture needle, an electrode, to which a first end of a cable is electrically connected, inside the organ, and disposing a second end of the cable outside a body, performing insufflation using a conduit so as to form a space between the abdominal wall and the organ, pulling the cable farther from the second end so that the electrode is placed in contact with an incision position of the organ, and the incision position of the organ is pulled into the space, and supplying power to the cable so that an incision is made by the electrode at the incision position of the organ.
