When an operation amount of an operation lever corresponding to a boom cylinder is equal to or smaller than an operation amount of an operation lever corresponding to an arm cylinder, an estimated velocity of the arm cylinder used for region limiting control is computed on the basis of a first condition defining, in advance, a relation between the operation amount of the operation lever and the estimated velocity of the arm cylinder. When the operation amount of the operation lever corresponding to the boom cylinder is larger than the operation amount of the operation lever corresponding to the arm cylinder, the estimated velocity of the arm cylinder used for the region limiting control is computed as a velocity higher than the estimated velocity of the arm cylinder computed on the basis of the first condition. The behavior of the work device can thereby be stabilized.

Work machine

An inlet port (A) of a first exhaust gas purifying device () is provided on a side opposite to an engine () by sandwiching an axis (O-O) of a cylindrical body () of the first exhaust gas purifying device (). An exhaust pipe () connecting the engine () and the first exhaust gas purifying device () is constituted by a lateral pipe line () extending in a left and right direction of an upper revolving structure () on a front side of the first exhaust gas purifying device () and having a bellows pipe () in the middle for absorbing relative displacement between the engine () and the first exhaust gas purifying device () and a bent pipe line () bent having a U-shape rearward from a tip end side of the lateral pipe line () and connected to the inlet port (A) of the first exhaust gas purifying device ().

Construction machine

A first accommodating case () which is located more forward than a fuel tank () and is small in height dimension (H) of an upper surface (E) is provided on the right side of a revolving frame (). A second accommodating case () the position of an upper surface (E) of which is higher than the upper surface (E) of the first accommodating case () and is lower than an upper surface plate (E) of the fuel tank () is provided on the rear side of the upper surface (E) of this first accommodating case (). Moreover, a reducing agent tank () is provided in a tank accommodating space () in the first accommodating case () and articles such as a tool box () and the like are accommodated in an article accommodating space () in the second accommodating case ().

To provide a construct ion machine in which the temperature of a battery and aqueous urea within an aqueous urea tank can be prevented from rising and high stability can be secured in the vehicle body. A small turning type hydraulic excavator () including: a counterweight () disposed at the rear of a turning upperstructure () provided with a front work machine () in the front thereof; an engine () disposed within an engine room () in front of the counterweight (); a heat exchanger () exchanging heat with the engine (); a fan () introducing outside air from an intake port () formed in the exterior of the engine room () into the engine room () to cool the heat exchanger (); a tail pipe () disposed on the exterior of the engine room (); an aqueous urea tank () storing aqueous urea that purifies the exhaust gas discharged from the engine (); and batteries () supplying electric power to the engine (), wherein: both the aqueous urea tank () and the batteries () are disposed on an upstream side of the heat exchanger () in a flow direction of the outside air.

On the right front side of a revolving frame () constituting an upper revolving structure (), an operating oil tank () and a fuel tank () are arranged. On the front side of this operating oil tank () and the fuel tank (), an equipment accommodating case () forming an accommodating space (A) inside is provided. In the accommodating space (A) in the equipment accommodating case (), a control valve unit () for controlling supply/discharge of the operating oil and a urea water tank () storing urea water for removing nitrogen oxides contained in an exhaust gas of the engine () are arranged together.

On a rear part side of a revolving frame () constituting an upper revolving structure (), a counterweight () holding weight balance with a working mechanism () is provided, and on the front side of the counterweight (), an engine () and an exhaust gas post-treatment device () for applying purification treatment to an exhaust gas of the engine () are provided. The exhaust gas post-treatment device () is configured by connecting a PM trapping filter device () and an NOx purifying device (), and the PM trapping filter device () is mounted on the engine (), while the NOx purifying device () is mounted on the counterweight (). When the counterweight () is to be removed from the revolving frame (), the NOx purifying device () is supported by a treatment device support bracket () mounted on the engine (). As a result, the counterweight () can be removed while the PM trapping filter device () and the NOx purifying device () are connected.

An engine () is mounted to a vehicle body by means of vibration isolating mounts (E), and a support member () is mounted to the engine (). Vibration isolating members () are provided between this support member () and a mounting bracket () mounted to an exhaust gas treatment device (). Accordingly, even in cases where the engine () has generated high-frequency vibrations, these vibrations can be damped by the vibration isolating mounts (E) and the vibration isolating members (). In consequence, treatment members constituting the exhaust gas treatment device (), such as a catalyst, a filter, and a sensor, can be protected from the vibrations of the engine (). In addition, as the exhaust gas treatment device () is provided with the mounting bracket (), the vibration isolating members () can be reliably mounted to the exhaust gas treatment device () by means of the mounting bracket ().
