A drive motor control system performs control of a drive motor of a vehicle that includes the drive motor and a battery. The drive motor control system includes a control processor that controls an electric current supply from the battery to the drive motor and includes an operational state determiner that determines whether a condition that the vehicle is being stopped, a condition that a parking brake is being released, and a condition that a parking range is being selected are satisfied. When the operational state determiner determines that all the conditions are satisfied upon a reception of a trigger signal instructing a start of the control of the drive motor, the control processor performs control of an inverter such that the electric current supply is performed to cause the drive motor to repeat small reverse rotations and thereby induce small movements of the vehicle in front and rear directions.

A vehicle driving apparatus for a vehicle with wheels includes an engine, a transmission mechanism, an input shaft, a power generation motor, and a motor clutch. The transmission mechanism is disposed between the engine and the wheels. The input shaft is disposed between the engine and the transmission mechanism and coupled to a crank shaft of the engine via a damper mechanism. The power generation motor is disposed between the engine and the transmission mechanism and includes a hollow rotor through which the input shaft extends. The motor clutch is switched between an engaged state and a released state. When being the engaged state, the motor clutch couples the input shaft and the hollow rotor. When being in the released state, the motor clutch releases coupling between the input shaft and the hollow rotor.

A control device for a transmission that has multiple shift stages and is configured to change an amount of power output from an engine of a vehicle for output includes a setting unit and a control unit. The setting unit is capable of setting, as a shift change mode, either one of a first shift change mode and a second shift change mode in which a speed of the engine is maintained in a higher state than that in the first shift change mode. The control unit is configured to execute shift change control on a basis of the set shift change mode. The control unit is configured to exclude one or more shift stages of the multiple shift stages and execute the shift change control when the second shift change mode is set.
