There is provided a resin impregnated decorative paper sheet () in which a decorative paper sheet () is impregnated with an impregnation resin (). The decorative paper sheet () includes: a base paper sheet (); a pattern layer () provided on a surface () side of the base paper sheet (); a foamed resin layer () formed by a foaming agent arranged on a surface () of the pattern layer () or in the pattern layer (); and a thermosetting resin layer () provided on a surface () of the foamed resin layer (). The thermosetting resin layer () contains at least one of an epoxy resin, a casein resin, an acrylic resin, and a urethane resin.

Resin impregnated decorative paper sheet and resin impregnated decorative panel

There is provided a decorative sheet having high ink adhesion without using an oil-based ink having a high environmental load. The decorative sheet includes: a base paper; a thermoplastic resin layer provided on one surface side of the base paper; an ink layer provided on the thermoplastic resin layer of opposite to the base paper side and containing a water-based ink and at least one of a xylene diamine-based curing agent, a polycarbodiimide-based curing agent, and an aziridine-based curing agent as a curing agent; and a surface protective layer provided on the opposite surface side to the thermoplastic resin layer of the ink layer. The addition amount of the curing agent in the ink layer is preferably 1 part by mass or more and 30 parts by mass or less based on 100 parts by mass of the water-based ink.

Decorative sheet

A base paper (), a picture pattern layer () provided on a surface () side of the base paper (), and foaming agents () arranged on a surface () of the picture pattern layer () or in the picture pattern layer () are provided. In the foaming agents (), the average particle diameter after foaming is set to 15 μm or more and 250 μm or less and the foaming start temperature is set to 100° C. or more and 220° C. or less.
