In a power supply device, a voltage controller includes: a reference voltage circuit that generates a reference voltage based on an input voltage; a voltage control circuit that generates an output voltage of the voltage controller based on the input voltage by controlling an output current of the voltage controller so that the output voltage of the voltage controller corresponds to the reference voltage; and a first current detector circuit that detects the output current of the voltage controller, and generates a first current detection signal corresponding to the output current thereof. A current controller includes: a second current detector circuit that detects an output current of the current controller, and generates a second current detection signal corresponding to the output current thereof; and a current control circuit controls the output current of the current controller so that the second current detection signal corresponds to the first current detection signal.

A constant voltage generator circuit is provided with an operational amplifier including a feedback circuit having a first resistor, and transistor, and generates a feedback voltage generated by dividing an output voltage between an output terminal and a substrate voltage potential of the constant voltage generator circuit by the first resistor and a second resistor. The operational amplifier is configured to amplify a voltage potential difference between a reference voltage and the feedback voltage and to output a control voltage. The output transistor controls an output voltage based on the control voltage from the operational amplifier, and the feedback circuit is further configured to superimpose high-frequency noise components from the substrate voltage potential onto the feedback voltage.

A constant voltage generator circuit is provided with an operational amplifier including a feedback circuit having a first resistor, and an output transistor. The operational amplifier generates a feedback voltage generated by dividing an output voltage between an output terminal and a substrate voltage potential of the constant voltage generator circuit by the first resistor and a second resistor. Then, the operational amplifier is configured to amplify a voltage potential difference between a predetermined reference voltage and the feedback voltage and to output a control voltage. The output transistor controls an output voltage based on the control voltage from the operational amplifier, and the feedback circuit is further configured to superimpose high-frequency noise components from the substrate voltage potential onto the feedback voltage.

A modified solid polyalkylaluminoxane is provided, which is capable of providing &#x3b1;-olefin suppressing adhesion of any polymer produced as a by-product onto the reactor wall and the stirrer, and which is capable of providing a highly active olefin oligomerization reaction catalyst. An olefin oligomerization reaction catalyst containing the modified solid polyalkylaluminoxane is also provided. A solid catalyst component (A) for olefin polymerization comprising Mg, Ti, a halogen and a cyclic organic nitrogen compound (C), a solid catalyst comprising the solid catalyst component and an organoaluminum compound, and a process for producing an olefin polymer with the catalyst. According to the present invention, there can be provided an olefin polymerization catalyst having a high catalyst activity per titanium enough to make the removal of catalyst residues unnecessary and a process for producing an olefin polymer having a low content of low molecular weight component with the catalyst.
