A charged particle emission and air-blowing device includes a communication port biased toward an end portion in a predetermined direction with respect to an air outlet, and a width expander configured to widen a flow path between an air directing plate of the end portion and a second blowing duct wider than a periphery. Emitted light from a light guide plate is reflected by the air directing plate in the delivery direction of an air flow. An air flow passes from a downward direction to an upward direction along a circuit board in an auxiliary suction path, and an opening portion faces the upper portion of the circuit board.

Charged particle emission device and air-blowing device

A space-saving mounting structure of an air blower having a vibration-insulating function is achieved to reduce a size of an ion generating apparatus. A holding case that holds an air blower and a mount having an air blowing duct are provided in a body case. A cushioning member is provided on an outer surface of a fan casing of the air blower. The air blower is held between the holding case mounted to the body case and the mount as a part of the body case. Two mounting members are formed on the fan casing. One mounting member is held between a pair of regulating members and formed on the holding case. The other mounting member is held between regulating members and formed on the holding case and the mount, respectively.

Air blowing device and ion generating apparatus

An air blower including a motorhaving output shaftson both sides in the axial direction and two impellersmounted on the respective output shafts, and two ductsthat individually allow passage of the air blown out by rotation of each of the impellersin the same direction and discharge the air to the outside are included. At a part or the whole of each of the ducts, a laminar flow section that makes the flowing air laminar flow. An ion generating section is arranged at each laminar flow section so that ions generated by the ion generating section can effectively be included in the air, increasing the ion concentration of ions discharged in a room together with the air.

Ion detecting apparatus and ion generating apparatus

An ion generation apparatus includes: an air blower including a motor and two impellers attached to the output shafts projecting respectively from both sides of the motor; and two ducts through which air sent through rotation of the two impellers is individually allowed to flow in the same direction, for emitting the air outside. A part of whole of each of the ducts is provided in the laminar flow section where a flow of the air is changed into a laminar flow. Since an ion generating section is provided in each of the laminar flow sections, ions generated by the ion generating section can be efficiently involved in the air, so as to increase a concentration of the ions emitted to inside of a room together with the air.
