According to one embodiment, a substrate processing apparatus includes a rotating table configured to rotate a substrate and a plurality of fixing members configured to fix the substrate on the rotating table by grasping the substrate while abutting an outer periphery of the substrate, wherein each fixing member includes a curved surface on a side that abuts the substrate, a reduced portion formed to be connected to an end of the curved surface and having a width which is continuously reduced in the first direction from a boundary with the curved surface, a first sloping surface formed on a top portion to slope downwards in the first direction, and a support portion formed on the curved surface and configured to support the substrate such that a top surface of the top portion is flush with an upper surface of the substrate in a state where the substrate is grasped.

Substrate processing apparatus

A bolt of the present invention has a composition comprising: 0.50 mass % or greater and 0.65 mass % or less of carbon (C), 1.5 mass % or greater and 2.5 mass % or less of silicon (Si), 1.0 mass % or greater and 2.0 mass % or less of chromium (Cr), 0.2 mass % or greater and 1.0 mass % or less of manganese (Mn), 1.5 mass % or greater and 5.0 mass % or less of molybdenum (Mo), wherein a total amount of phosphorous (P) and sulfur (S) as impurities is 0.03 mass % or less, the remaining is iron (Fe), and the bolt comprises an iron based oxide film with a film thickness of 3 &#x3bc;m or greater and 20 &#x3bc;m or less on the surface thereof. The bolt has excellent delayed fracture resistance and reliably provides a fastening axial force.

Bolt and fastened structure

A link component () with an oil hole (E) is attached to a crankshaft () of an internal combustion engine (E), and the oil hole (E) allows communication from an outside to the crankshaft () side. The oil hole (E) has an inclined surface (F) along an opening rim on the crankshaft () side. A surface other than the oil hole (E) has a carbon concentration of 0.5 wt % or more. The inclined surface (F) has a carbon concentration within a range of 0.7 wt % or more and 0.9 wt % or less. Production cost is suppressed, and at the same time, damage is prevented by increasing resistance of the oil-hole part on which stress is liable to concentrate.

A fastening structure () includes a pair of fastening members (A) joined to each other, which is coupled with a bolt. The fastening member () is made of steel. A surface other than joint surfaces (Sa) has a Rockwell hardness of 50 HRC or more. The joint surfaces (Sa) have a Rockwell hardness of 30 HRC or more and less than 50 HRC. The joint surfaces (Sa) have an arithmetic mean roughness (Ra) of 0.2 &#x3bc;m or more and 0.5 &#x3bc;m or less. Production cost is suppressed, and at the same time, bending fatigue strength is secured and secondary damage due to abrasion powder generated by fretting is prevented.

Fastening structure

A bolt of the present invention is a high-strength bolt of high-carbon steel having a tempered martensite structure, wherein the composition of the bolt comprises: 0.50 mass % or more and 0.65 mass % or less of carbon (C); 1.5 mass % or more and 2.5 mass % or less of silicon (Si); 1.0 mass % or more and 2.0 mass % or less of chromium (Cr); 0.2 mass % or more and 1.0 mass % or less of manganese (Mn); and 1.5 mass % or more and 5.0 mass % or less of molybdenum (Mo); a total content of impurities being phosphor (P) and sulfur (S) is 0.03 mass % or more; and the remaining is iron (Fe). Furthermore, the carbon concentration satisfies the following Formula (1): 0.75&#x2264;X&#x3c;1 . . . Formula (1) wherein, in Formula (1), X represents surface carbon concentration/inner carbon concentration. Therefore, the bolt of the present invention has low quench cracking susceptibility and excellent delayed fracture resistance, because an increase in temperature at which martensite transformation occurs (Ms point) on the surface side is held down.

Bolt

A steel for a high-strength bolt that includes from 0.50 mass % to 0.65 mass % carbon, from 1.5 mass % to 2.5 mass % silicon, 1.0 mass % or more chromium, 0.4 mass % or less manganese, greater than 1.5 mass % molybdenum, 0.03 mass % or less phosphorus and sulfur combined, and balance iron and inevitable impurities.

Steel for high-strength bolt, and high-strength bolt

An iron-based sprayed coating for coating a bore inner surface of a cylinder block for an internal combustion engine. A coating surface contains pits, its pit amount is within a range of 0.01% to 2.1%, and an average roughness Ra of this coating surface is within a range of 0.01 &#x3bc;m to 0.15 &#x3bc;m. The cylinder block for an internal combustion engine includes a bore having this iron-based sprayed coating on its inner surface, and a cylinder block body having the bore. A sliding mechanism for an internal combustion engine includes this cylinder block for an internal combustion engine and a piston slidable with the bore of this cylinder block. The piston has a piston ring, and the piston ring has a chromium coating, a chromium nitride coating, or a diamond-like carbon coating at a sliding part with the bore.

Iron-based sprayed coating, cylinder block for internal combustion engine using same, and sliding mechanism for internal combustion engine

There is provided a sliding member including a base body and a hard carbon coating formed on the base body to define a sliding surface for sliding contact with an opposing member under lubrication according to one embodiment of the present invention. The hard carbon coating has an outermost surface portion lower in hydrogen content than a remaining portion thereof, or an outermost coating layer lower in hydrogen content than at least one other coating layer.

Sliding member and production process thereof

The invention provides a low-friction sliding mechanism, a low-friction agent composition, a friction reduction method, a manual transmission and a final reduction gear unit that can exert very excellent low friction characteristics to sliding surfaces present under various applications, and, in particular, that have more excellent low friction characteristics than that of a combination of an existing steel material and an organic Mo compound. The low-friction sliding mechanism has an oxygen-containing organic compound or an aliphatic amine compound interposed between sliding surfaces that a DLC coated sliding member and a sliding member form. The low-friction agent composition contains an oxygen-containing organic compound or an aliphatic amine compound. The friction reduction method includes supplying the low-friction agent composition between sliding surfaces that a DLC coated sliding member and a sliding member form. The manual transmission includes, as at least one of sliding members, a DLC coated sliding section. The final reduction gear unit includes, as at least one of sliding members, a DLC coated sliding section.

Low-friction sliding mechanism, low-friction agent composition and method of friction reduction

A low-friction sliding mechanism includes first and second sliding members having respective sliding surfaces slidable relative to each other and a lubricant applied to the sliding surfaces of the first and second sliding members. At least the sliding surface of the first sliding member is made of a diamond-like carbon material, and at least the sliding surface of the second sliding member is made of either an aluminum-based alloy material, a magnesium-based alloy material or a diamond-like carbon material. The lubricant contains a base oil and at least one of an ashless fatty-ester friction modifier and an ashless aliphatic-amine friction modifier.

Low-friction sliding mechanism

A monitoring method for monitoring a video/audio signal transmitted from a transmission source to a transmission destination has a step of storing the video/audio signal transmitted from the transmission source to the transmission destination repeatedly for a predetermined time period, a step of comparing a first characteristic amount extracted from the video/audio signal before the transmission and a second characteristic amount extracted from the video/audio signal after the transmission in real time, a step of determining an error occurrence when there is a difference of a predetermined value or more between the first characteristic amount and the second characteristic amount, and a step of transmitting the stored video/audio signal to a predetermined destination when an error occurrence is determined.

Monitoring apparatus

A chain drive system includes a drive sprocket, a driven sprocket and a chain looped over the drive sprocket and the driven sprocket. The chain and the sprocket having respective sliding surfaces slidable relative to each other in the presence of lubricating oil, and any adjacent chain components of the chain having respective sliding surfaces slidable relative to each other in the presence of lubricating oil. At least one of the sliding surfaces between the chain and the sprocket and at least one of the sliding surfaces between any adjacent chain components have hard carbon coatings formed on base portions thereof. Each of the hard carbon coatings has a hydrogen content of 10 atomic % or less.

Chain drive system

A fuel injection valve for an automotive internal combustion engine comprises a needle valve and an opposite member which are in slidable contact with each other in presence of fuel. A hard carbon thin film is coated on at least one of the sliding sections of the base materials of the needle valve and the opposite member. The hard carbon thin film has a surface hardness ranging from 1500 to 4500 kg/mmin Knoop hardness, a film thickness ranging from 0.3 to 2.0 &#x3bc;m, and a surface roughness (Ry) (&#x3bc;m) which satisfies a relationship represented by the following formula (A):(0.75&#x2212;8000)&#xd7;0.0875&#x2003;&#x2003;(A) where h is the thickness (&#x3bc;m) of the hard carbon thin film; Hk is the surface hardness in Knoop hardness (kg/mm) of the hard carbon thin film.

Fuel injection valve

A low friction sliding combination of a cam and a cam follower which are in slidable contact with each other in presence of a lubricating oil. The cam follower includes a cylindrical and hollow outer roller having an outer peripheral surface in slidable contact with the cam. A fixed pin is coaxially disposed inside the outer roller and rotatably movable relative to the outer roller. A diamond-like carbon material is coated on a sliding surface of at least one of the outer roller and the fixed pin. The lubricating oil contains at least one of ashless fatty acid ester friction modifier and ashless aliphatic amine friction modifier.
