An electric power conversion device of an embodiment includes: a primary side negative electrode terminal; a secondary side negative electrode terminal; a negative electrode terminal of a switching element connected between the primary side negative electrode terminal and the secondary side negative electrode terminal; a first conductive member connected to the primary side negative electrode terminal; a second conductive member connected to the negative electrode terminal of the switching element; and a third conductive member connected to the secondary side negative electrode terminal, wherein the first conductive member, the second conductive member, and the third conductive member are connected to one another, and the first conductive member is formed as a separate body separately from the second conductive member and the third conductive member.

Electric power conversion device

A drive unit includes: a rotary electric machine; a rotary electric machine case accommodating the rotary electric machine; an electric power conversion device electrically connected to the rotary electric machine and configured to convert electric power supplied to the rotary electric machine and electric power supplied from the rotary electric machine; and an output shaft extending out from the rotary electric machine case and configured to output power of the rotary electric machine. The electric power conversion device is arranged on one side of the rotary electric machine. The output shaft is arranged between the rotary electric machine and the electric power conversion device.

Drive unit and vehicle

To provide a system of low cost and low loss capable of the supply of electric power according to characteristics of each of a plurality of motors from a single battery. A power supply system for a vehicle of the present invention includes: a high-voltage battery; a first inverter which connects with the high-voltage battery; a motor described later which connects with the first inverter; a high-voltage DCDC converter which is connected to the high-voltage battery and steps down the voltage of the high-voltage battery; a second inverter which connects with the high-voltage battery; and a motor described later which connects with the second inverter.

Power supply system for vehicle

A hybrid vehicle driving system includes: a generator; a motor; a case which accommodates the generator and the motor; and a power control unit for controlling the generator and the motor, the generator and the motor being disposed side by side on a same axis within the case. The power control unit is mounted on the case by connecting a unit-side generator connector and a unit-side motor connector which are provided on a bottom surface of the power control unit with a case-side generator connector and a case-side motor connector which are disposed on the case, directly and respectively. The case is fixed to a vehicle framework member via a mount member, and a fixing point where the case and the mount member are fixed together is disposed near the case-side generator connector and the case-side motor connector.

Hybrid vehicle driving system

An integrated system includes a controller, a drive device, and a fastening supporting member. The controller has a controller connector. The drive device has a drive device connector which is connected to the controller connector so that the drive device is electrically coupled to the controller. Via the fastening supporting member, the controller and the drive device are maintained in an electrically coupled state in which the drive device connector is connected to the controller connector. At least part of the controller connector and the drive device connector, as viewed from a vertical direction, is disposed within an area from a first line segment which is perpendicular to a virtual line connecting a center of gravity of the controller and the fastening supporting member and which passes the center of gravity to a second line segment which is perpendicular to the virtual line and which passes the fastening supporting member.

Integrated system

Connector device

A power converter () includes: planar semiconductor modules () each having a resin sealing part () in which a semiconductor element (), conductive members (, and), and a signal terminal () are sealed with a resin; a cooler () that holds the plurality of semiconductor modules () in a laminated manner; and a cover () that covers the semiconductor modules and the cooler, wherein at least a part of the resin sealing part () and the cooler () are supported by support media (and) that extend from the cover () so that facing parts of the resin sealing part and the cooler with respect to the cover () is positioned in proximity to the cover, and the conductive members and the signal terminal protrude from the resin sealing part in a direction away from the cover.

Power converter

A power converter includes: a refrigerant flow channel member in which a refrigerant cooling an electronic device flows; a flat refrigerant pipe portion stacked with a power module, provided for a refrigerant cooling the power module to flow therein, and including a contact surface portion contacting the power module to exchange heat; an inlet pipe portion that is disposed at one end of the refrigerant pipe portion and through which the refrigerant flows to the refrigerant pipe portion; an outlet pipe portion that is disposed at the other end of the refrigerant pipe portion and through which the refrigerant flows from the refrigerant pipe portion; an inlet connection portion connecting the inlet pipe portion to the refrigerant flow channel member and formed of a tubular elastic member; and an outlet connection portion connecting the outlet pipe portion to the refrigerant flow channel member and formed of a tubular elastic member.

An integrated system includes a controller, a drive device, a fastening supporting member, and a fixing member. The controller has a controller connector. The drive device has a drive device connector that is connected to the controller connector so that the drive device is electrically coupled to the controller. Via the fastening supporting member, the controller and the drive device are maintained in an electrically coupled state in which the drive device connector is connected to the controller connector. Via the fixing member, the controller and the drive device are maintained in a mechanically coupled state in which the drive device is mechanically coupled to the controller.
