To provide an electrical junction box equipped with a bracket having a new structure that can stably and strongly secure the electrical junction box to a vehicle body to exert sufficient strength against an external force applied by bolt-fastening of a terminal hardware in an external wiring. A separate bracket attaches an electrical junction box main body to a vehicle body side support member. The separate bracket is provided with latch portions. Fixing positions between the latch portions and the electrical junction box main body are set on both sides of bolt connecting sections along the vehicle body side support member.

Electrical junction box

A new electrical junction box in which even if a plurality of bolts are connected to external electrical cables, an external electrical power supply cable from a jump starter can be surely connected to a target connecting bolt, thereby avoiding a problem of an error in coupling by a simple structure. A coupling error check wall is provided around an alternator connecting bolt. An alligator clip for jump starting is prevented to be connected to the alternator connecting bolt. The alligator clip for jump starting is permitted to be connected to a battery connecting bolt.

An electrical junction box having a in which a plurality of connecting bolts are juxtaposed on a bolt support section and that exerts excellent strength to realize a reinforcing structure without interfering with mounting of a connecting plate onto the connecting bolts. Inserting slits are provided in a peripheral wall and a proximal end of a partition wall. A connecting plate is previously disposed through the slits on one surface of a bolt support section. A plurality of connecting bolts are attached to the bolt support section so that the bolt support section bridges the plural connecting bolts.

An electrical junction box including a casing assembly including an upper casing and a lower casing, a laminated body contained in the casing assembly and layering bus bars and insulation plates alternately, and an electrical current sensor attached to a predetermined bus bar. The predetermined bus bar out of the bus bars is divided into a first bus bar member that passes a through-hole in the electrical current sensor and a second bus bar member to be connected to the first bus bar member by a bolt B and a nut N after the first bus bar member passes the through-hole. A nut-receiving recess for the nut N is provided on a bottom side of the lowermost insulation plate of the laminated body. The lower casing is provided with an attachment hole for the bolt. The bolt passes upward through the attachment hole and passes connecting portions of the first and second bus bars and is fastened and secured to the connecting portions by the nut. This structure reduces the risk of contact between the head of a bolt for fastening a bus bar that passes an electrical current sensor contained in a casing assembly of an electrical junction box and a bus bar constituting a laminated body.

Electrical junction box for motor vehicle

A spare fuse containing section includes side walls which each include a pair of pinch pieces. The pair of pinch pieces on the side walls clamp an input terminal and output terminal of a low-height fuse. A stopper portionhaving an H-shaped cross section may project from a bottom wall of the spare fuse containing section. The side wallsmay also be provided with protrusions that engage stepped portions on a fuse body.

A tab protection member in a male connector housing on an outer surface of an electric junction box is moveable from a temporary engagement position to a final engagement position. The tab protection member is provided with tab through-holes and a closing plate section for closing an opening in the male connector housing. When the female connector housing is coupled to the male connector housing, the tab protection member is forcibly moved from the temporary engagement position to the final engagement position by the female connector housing and the tabs penetrate the tab through-holes, thereby coupling the tabs to terminals in the female connector housing.

Electric junction box

An electrical connection box is equipped with a bus bar laminate composed of bus bars and insulation layers, and a printed circuit board electrically connected with the bus bar laminate. First ends of connecting terminals are soldered to conductors of the circuit board. Connection tabs are provided by bending up parts of the bus bar. An insertion groove is provided in the end parts of each male tab, or in the second end of each connecting terminals, with the other thereof being inserted into and held in the insertion grooves. Therefore, reliable and economic connection is obtained.

Electrical connection box

An electrical connector housing includes a lower shell, a connector block and an upper shell. An upper panel of the lower shell includes a first fixing mount and a draw hole, and the upper shell includes an outer side face having a second fixing mount. The upper panel of the lower shell has an inner face including a rib which is placed near the draw hole and extends towards the side panel of the lower shell while surrounding the draw hole. Likewise, the upper face of the connector block includes a pair of partition walls at a position corresponding to that of the rib, so that, when the connector block is inserted into the lower shell, the partition walls are closely superposed on the rib, and a draining space is formed away from a space for fixture ports for electrical parts, and leads to the drain hole. Such a configuration prevents the electrical connector housing from becoming too large and too costly. Such a housing structure also provides a better waterproofing quality.

Electrical connector housing

An electric connecting box is provided that has excellent connecting reliability between a printed circuit board and a bus-bar laminated body, and also has the advantage that it is difficult to develop any dead area on the printed circuit board. The electric connecting box includes a bus-bar laminated body including a bus-bar and an insulating base material, a printed circuit board electrically connected therewith, and a connecting block. The connecting block is configured to hold connecting terminals by partially molding a plurality of connecting terminals in a resin insulator block. The first end of each connecting terminal protrudes from the resin insulator block and is soldered with a conductor on one side of the printed circuit board. The second end of each connecting terminal is fixed to a connecting area on a side of the bus-bar laminated body.

Electric connecting box

There is provided an electric connection box having excellent connection reliability and ease of assembly. The electric connection box is provided with a connector housing, a printed circuit board, and a connection block formed as a separate member from the connector housing and printed circuit board. The connection block is configured to hold the connection terminals by partially embedding a plurality of connection terminals in an insulator. The insulator is placed on the printed circuit board. Second ends of each of the connection terminal projecting from the insulator are soldered to conductors on the printed circuit board. First ends of each connection terminal are loosely inserted in through-holes in the connector housing to project into the connection housing.
