The break-off spout of the present invention includes: a spout main body () having a break-off section () formed via a weakened section () such that an annular section () having a through-hole formed therein protrudes to the tip side; and a pair of left and right cover members () integrally formed with the spout main body () via hinge sections provided below the weakened section (). The pair of left and right cover members () are formed in a shape such that, when the cover members are engaged with each other, the cover members cover a portion of the spout main body () above the hinge sections including the break-off section (). Breakable spout () of the present invention individually comprises spout body () and cover () that covers an outer circumference of spout body (). Spout body () comprises cylindrical part () that has a center hole that serves as a flow channel () and breakable part () that is breakable at the tip end of cylindrical part (). Cylindrical part () has a first protrusion () on an outer circumferential surface thereof. The cover has second protrusion () on an inner circumferential surface thereof. Second protrusion () engages first protrusion () when cover () is fitted to spout body () such that spout body () is covered with cover () from the tip end side of cylindrical part (). Cover () covers spout body () and is secured when the first protrusion () engages the second protrusion (). Opening () is formed in the portion of cover () that corresponds to communication hole () of annular part () when cover () is fitted to the spout body and covers spout body ().

Spout, package with spout and method of manufacturing the same

A foam dispensing cap includes a cap body having a ceiling wall and a cylindrical side wall, and a partition member. An ejection pipe is erected on the upper surface of the ceiling wall. An air chamber is in the space below the ceiling wall. A liquid entry opening is in the partition member. In the air chamber, an air passage for flowing air within the air chamber and a liquid flow path for flowing the content liquid, which has passed through the partition wall and entered the air chamber, communicate with each other. The air passage and the liquid flow path are formed to merge, and a region ranging from the point of merging to the ejection pipe defines an air-liquid mixture flow path. When the squeeze container is tilted and squeezed, the content liquid is ejected in a foamy state from the leading end of the ejection pipe.

When the outer lid of a container closure is moved from a closed position for covering the upper surface wall of the body to an open position, the inner lid is moved from a closed position for closing a discharge port at the tip to an open position for opening the discharge port; and when the outer lid is moved from the open to the closed position, the inner lid is moved from the open to the closed position, the inner lid is prevented from becoming twisted. A second hinge connecting the inner lid to the discharge tube includes a central hinge piece connecting the inner lid and the discharge tube in a widthwise central part of the inner lid, and opposite side hinge pieces connecting the inner lid and the discharge tube on both outer sides in the width direction.

A container closure integrally formed from a synthetic resin includes a body, which has an upper surface wall, and an outer lid connected to the body so as to be pivotable between a closed position at which the upper surface wall of the body is covered and an open position at which the upper surface wall of the body is opened, wherein a raised portion having discharge ports formed on both sides is disposed on the upper surface wall of the body, the discharge ports formed on both sides of the raised portion are opened when the outer lid is pivoted to the open position, while the discharge ports formed on both sides of the raised portion are sealed fully reliably when the outer lid is pivoted to the closed position.
