An outboard motor lifting device includes a hydraulic source, a first oil channel connecting the hydraulic source with a second chamber of a tilt cylinder, a second oil channel connecting the first oil channel with a second chamber of a trim cylinder, a third oil channel connecting the hydraulic source with a first chamber of the tilt cylinder, a check valve provided between the second chamber of the tilt cylinder and a connection position between the first and second oil channels, a fourth oil channel connected to the third oil channel, and a switch valve provided on the second oil channel and connected with the fourth oil channel. The switch valve has a connection state where communication between the first oil channel and the second chamber of the trim cylinder is closed, and communication between the fourth oil channel and the second chamber of the trim cylinder is open.

Outboard motor lifting device

Provided is an outboard motor raising and lowering apparatus that is capable of automatically changing the speed of raising/lowering an outboard motor according to a status of the outboard motor. The outboard motor raising and lowering apparatus () includes: a first fluid passage that connects a pump (), a second chamber(s) of one or more tilt cylinders (), and a second chamber(s) of one or more trim cylinders (); a second fluid passage that is connected to the first chamber of at least one of the one or more trim cylinders; and a switching valve () provided at the second fluid passage.

Outboard motor raising/lowering device

Provided is an outboard motor raising and lowering apparatus that is capable of automatically changing the speed of raising/lowering an outboard motor according to a status of the outboard motor. The outboard motor raising and lowering apparatus () includes: a first fluid passage that connects a pump (), a second chamber(s) of one or more tilt cylinders (), and a second chamber(s) of one or more trim cylinders (); a second fluid passage that is connected to the first chamber of at least one of the one or more trim cylinders; a switching valve () provided at the second fluid passage; and a control section () configured to control the switching valve with reference to a watercraft status signal.

There are provided a bar-shaped piston rod having one end portion attached to a marine vessel propulsion machine main body; an inner cylinder; an inner piston mounted in the other end portion of the piston rod, is accommodated in the inner cylinder, and divides a space in the inner cylinder into a fourth chamber on the one end portion side and a fifth chamber on the other end portion side; an outer cylinder accommodating the inner cylinder therein; and an outer piston covering an opening portion of one end portion of the inner cylinder in a state where the piston rod is exposed, divides a space in the outer cylinder into a second chamber on one end portion side and a first chamber on the other end portion side, and is formed with a through hole that allows the fourth chamber and the second chamber to communicate with each other.

Trim and tilt apparatus for marine vessel propulsion machine and marine vessel propulsion machine

A pump apparatus includes a shaft, a first pump, and a second pump. The first pump includes a first driving gear disposed on the shaft in a first phase and rotatable with the shaft to feed a first operating fluid. The second pump includes a second driving gear disposed on the shaft in a second phase shifted from the first phase. The second driving gear is coaxial with the first driving gear and rotatable with the shaft to feed a second operating fluid.

Pump apparatus and marine vessel propelling machine

A pump device includes a first case, a second case, a sacrificial anode. The first case has a channel in which hydraulic fluid flows. The second case provides in contact with the first case. The sacrificial anode is coupled to one of the first case and the second case and suppresses corrosion of the first case and the second case. At least one of the first case and the second case includes an insulating section that interrupts electric coupling between the first case and the second case. The pump device further includes a valve member provided in the channel, controlling the flow of the hydraulic fluid flowing in the channel, and electrically coupling the first case and the second case.

A pump device includes a first pump that includes a first discharge portion and a second discharge portion, a first flow path that connects the first discharge portion and a first chamber of a cylinder, a second flow path that connects the second discharge portion and a second chamber of the cylinder, a second pump that includes a third discharge portion and a fourth discharge portion, a third flow path that connects the third discharge portion and the first chamber, a fourth flow path that connects the fourth discharge portion and the second chamber, a branch path that branches from the third flow path and reaches the tank, and an opening valve that opens the branch path, the opening valve being disposed in the branch path so as to open the branch path when a pressure in the second chamber is higher than a predetermined pressure.

Pump device and tilt and trim device for outboard machine

A pump device includes a shaft, a first gear pair, a second gear pair, a support pin, and a casing. The first gear pair includes a first driving gear which is disposed on the shaft and is rotatable together with the shaft, and a first driven gear driven by the first driving gear. The second gear pair includes a second driving gear which is disposed on the shaft coaxially with the first driving gear and is rotatable together with the shaft, and a second driven gear driven by the second driving gear and arranged coaxially with the first driven gear. The support pin penetrates the first driven gear and the second driven gear and rotatably supporting the first driven gear and the second driven gear. The casing covers the first gear pair and the second gear pair. The support pin is fitted to the casing to be fixed.

A trim and tilt device includes: a cylindrical cylinder; a partition member provided in contact with the cylinder so as to be movable in an axial direction of the cylinder and partitioning a space inside the cylinder; a rod member to which the partition member is attached on one end side of the rod member and which moves relatively in the axial direction of the cylinder together with the partition member thereby adjusting a tilt angle of a marine vessel propelling machine body with respect to a hull; and a rod guide member electrically connected to a sacrificial anode and having a hole so that the rod member passes through the hole, and the rod guide member has a conductive portion disposed at a position, where the hole is formed, so as to electrically connect the rod member and the rod guide member.
