A pump control device controls a pump including a vibration actuator for vibrating a vibrating body due to electromagnetic drive caused by electrical current supply to coils, a sealed chamber which includes a movable wall which can be displaced by vibration of the vibrating body so that fluid can be suctioned into an inside of the sealed chamber or discharged from the inside of the sealed chamber, and a discharge portion for communicating the fluid between the sealed chamber and a tank to increase pressure of the fluid. The pump control device contains an obtaining part for obtaining pressure value information, and a control unit for controlling a drive frequency of an electrical current to be supplied to the coils based on the obtained pressure value information.

Pump control device and pump control system

Provided is a vibration presenting device includes an operation device; an electromagnetic actuator; and a control device. The electromagnetic actuator supports the operation device, and includes a base part formed in a plate shape, in which an electromagnet including a core and a coil is disposed; a movable part including a magnetic yoke disposed to face the electromagnet with a gap therebetween; and an elastic part configured to connect the base part and the movable part respectively such that the base part and the magnetic yoke are relatively displaced by energizing the electromagnet, wherein the movable part has, at a position opposite the coil, a shape into which a part of the coil can be inserted. The control device is configured to control the electromagnetic actuator to vibrate the operation device.

Vibration presenting device

A detection system contains a sensing device including a vibration unit for applying vibration to the inspection target, the vibration unit attached to the inspection target, a driving circuit for supplying an electric signal to the vibration unit for driving the vibration unit and a sensor for detecting vibration of the inspection target caused by the vibration applied from the vibration unit; and a detection processing device for receiving vibration information related to the vibration of the inspection target detected by the sensor from the sensing device and detecting the state change of the inspection target based on the vibration information. The vibration unit includes a coil, a spring, and a magnet.

Detection system and detection method

A pump system contains a pair of pumps each of which contains a vibration actuator vibrated by electromagnetic drive and can discharge fluid due to drive of the vibration actuator. The pump system has a vibration suppression mode in which the pair of the pumps are driven so that vibration of the vibration actuators of the pair of pumps is cancelled each other and a vibration generation mode in which the pair of the pumps are driven so that the vibration of the vibration actuators of the pair of pumps is superimposed with each other.

This device includes: an operated section that receives a user operation based on touch; a touch detection section for detecting touch on the operated section; a load detection section that detects a load on the operated section due to touch; a vibration actuator that generates vibration and outputs the vibration to the operated section; and a driving control section that drives, in response to the detection of touch and detection of load, the vibration actuator to vibrate the operated section, feeding back tactile sensation to a user, wherein the load detection section stops detection of a load during vibration.

The control device controls the electromagnetic actuator that drives an operation device supported to be elastically vibrated in one direction of a vibrating direction thereof; includes a current pulse supply unit configured to supply a plurality of drive current pulses to a coil of the electromagnetic actuator as a drive current for driving the operation device in response to a touch operation of the operation device; and an interval between peaks for each of the drive current pulses is in a range of ½ times to 1 times a vibration period of an elastic vibration.
