While the whole weight of magnetic shields provided in a tank of a transformer is reduced, eddy current loss by magnetic flux leaked from a winding is reduced. A transformer is configured using an iron core having an iron core leg and an iron core yoke, windings wound around the iron core leg, a tank having the iron core and the windings therein, and a first magnetic shield and second magnetic shields formed by laminating silicon steel sheets inside the tank. The first magnetic shield is arranged opposite to the windings, the second magnetic shields are arranged between the first magnetic shield and the tank, and the first magnetic shield and the second magnetic shields are fixed to the tank by different support members.

Transformer

The invention provides a stationary induction apparatus excellent in core vibration damping, being capable of realizing reduction in core excitation-noise. The stationary induction apparatus according to the invention includes a core made up of plural of core-legs formed by lamination of electromagnetic steel sheets, and a core-yoke formed by lamination of electromagnetic steel sheets to join the plural core-legs together; a core-tightening clasp for tightening a joint between the core-yoke and the core-legs, in the direction of the lamination of the electromagnetic steel sheets, to be secured, a winding, a tank, and an insulating sheet disposed between the core-tightening clasp and the core-yoke. Further, a concave hollowed-out part or a notched part is provided on the insulating sheet, positioned at a joint between the core-yoke and the core-leg, and a vibration insulator is disposed in the concave hollowed-out part or the notched part.

Stationary induction apparatus

A gas insulation transformer, in the tank of which transformer an apparatus including an iron core and a coil is received and a gas is filled as an insulating and cooling medium, is provided, wherein the iron core and coil are possessed with the loss characteristics equivalent to that of a high-efficient transformer and an inert gas, the global warming coefficient of which gas is rated 1 or below, is filled in the tank as an insulating and cooling medium.

Gas insulation transformer

This invention is to provide a transforming system capable of satisfactorily protecting the equipment of a substation even if a aerial electric power lines is struck directly by an intense electric shock of a large energy, such as an electric shock of a waveform similar to that of a thunderbolt stroke having a long duration of wave tail. So, this invention, a transforming system comprises, a lightning arrester, a ground fault device installed near a service entrance through which the power lines are led in, a voltammeter placed on the gas-insulated switchgear, and a control device receiving a signal from the voltammeter and providing a signal for controlling the grounding device. And when detecting of said thunderbolt arising in said aerial electric power line, a control device which order said ground fault device to make the ground fault condition.

Power transforming system and method

A substation includes standard arresters installed near a bushing of a power transmission line entrance and at a connecting bus of a transformer and one or more high voltage arresters having a discharge voltage 10 to 30% higher than a standard arrester. Each high voltage arrester uses zinc oxide elements and is disposed on a line side of a line entrance breaker and/or near an open end of a double main bus in the substation.
