A manufacturing method for a high-pressure tank liner achieves a good welding quality between a pair of liner halves without removing burrs in advance before welding together the liner halves, includes steps of: arranging the pair of liner halves to face each other; adjusting parallelism between end surfaces of the liner halves; and welding the end surfaces of the liner halves together to integrate them, wherein the step of adjusting the parallelism is performed by clamping the parallelism adjustment jig between the end surfaces of the liner halves while avoiding the burrs formed on the end surfaces of the liner halves.

Method and device for manufacturing high-pressure tank liner

A high-pressure tank liner manufacturing device includes: a heater to heat and melt end surfaces of liner halves; a heater transportation mechanism configured to slidably move the heater between a waiting position for the heater and a heating position for the heater; an elevation mechanism (drive mechanism) configured to drive a pair of the liner halves so as to cause the pair of liner halves to be relatively moved closer to each other or away from each other; and a parallelism adjustment mechanism configured to adjust parallelism of the end surfaces of the liner halves in accordance with the heater being slidably moved.

High-pressure tank liner manufacturing device and method

In the vicinity of an opening end of a first liner constituent member and a second liner constituent member made of a resin material, a flange portion is formed. After end surfaces of the opening end are abutted and joined to each other, the flange portion is removed in such a way that a part of a bottom portion remains. The remaining amount of protrusion is set such that the joint strength of a joint portion is not less than the tensile strength of the resin material or not less than the cohesion failure strength of the joint portion.

High-pressure tank liner and method of manufacturing same

A liner configuring member configuring a liner includes a main body section which is configured from a resin material and has both ends opened. That is, both ends of the main body section are, respectively, a first open end and a second open end. There is provided in a vicinity of the first open end a first flange section where a first annular recess is formed by a first bottom section and a first side section. On the other hand, there is provided in a vicinity of the second open end a second flange section where a second annular recess is formed by a second bottom section and a second side section.

Liner configuring member, high pressure tank, and method of manufacturing same

A cell voltage control unit is provided on a lower surface of a stack body of a fuel cell stack. The cell voltage control unit is connected to cell voltage terminals for monitoring cell voltage. A protection member is provided on a second end plate where the cell voltage control unit is provided. The protection member has protrusions protruding from both sides of the protection member in a horizontal direction, and a body portion having a vertically elongated shape so as to extend to a front face of the cell voltage control unit.

In-vehicle fuel cell stack

A fuel cell system mounted in a vehicle includes a fuel cell stack, a coolant supply mechanism, and a fuel gas supply mechanism. The coolant supply mechanism includes a coolant supply pipe and a coolant discharge pipe, provided on a front side in a traveling direction of the vehicle, relative to the fuel cell stack. The fuel gas supply mechanism includes a fuel gas supply pipe, provided on a rear side in the traveling direction, relative to the fuel cell stack.

In-vehicle fuel cell system

An electric turbo compressor is an air compressor to be used in a fuel cell system, and includes a housing comprised of a compression casing, a motor casing, and a canceller casing, and the housing houses therein an impeller, a rotary shaft, a thrust canceller (a load cancellation section), and a motor unit. The rotary shaft is supported by a thrust air bearing in its thrust direction, and is axially supported by a radial air bearing in its rotating direction. A thrust load is generated at the rotary shaft when the number of rotations of the impeller increases. The pressure of the compressed air acts to the pressure chamber from the compressed air lead-out section of the compression casing via the compressed air passage, and this pressure acts on the canceller flange of the canceller shaft so as to generate a load towards the rear of the rotary shaft. Therefore, the thrust load is cancelled out.

A fuel cell vehicle includes: a vehicle body; a floor panel provided on the bottom of the vehicle body; a floor tunnel that is formed bulging upward in the center of the floor panel in the vehicle body width; a pair of front seats that are disposed on the floor panel, outside of the floor tunnel in the vehicle body width direction; center frames that support the floor tunnel, disposed at the center in the vehicle body width and extending along the vehicle body longitudinal direction; a sub-frame provided on the bottom of the floor panel and joined to the center frames; and a fuel cell stack mounted on the sub-frame and provided under the floor tunnel.
