Paper-made container for accommodating liquid content for refilling

An object is to provide a barrier material which not only is high in degree of biomass and small in amount of COemitted, but also has biodegradability and simultaneously has excellent gas barrier property and water vapor barrier property, and which can be suitably used particularly in packaging applications for foods or the like, such as a packaging material, a bag, a paper container, a cardboard box, and a cup. A solution to be provided is a barrier material having an oxygen permeability of 10 ml/m&#xb7;day&#xb7;atm or less at a temperature of 23&#xb0; C. and a relative humidity of 0%, and having a total degree of biomass of 50% or more.

Barrier material

A refillable container that includes: an inner container; a support member configured to support the inner container; and a cover having a tubular shape, which is fitted, from above the inner container, to an outer periphery of the inner container supported on the support member so as to accommodate the inner container therein, and is fitted to the support member. The support member includes: a support base portion including a tubular leg portion and having a raised bottom; and a support frame portion, which is provided on an upper surface of a bottom plate of the support base portion, and is configured to support the bottom of the inner container. The support base portion includes a seat step portion on which an opening end of the cover fitted to the support member is seated. The cover is made of hard plastic, and the support member is made of soft plastic.

Refillable container

A refillable container includes: an inner container having a suction port at a center of an upper surface portion and a bottom portion with a pyramid shape having a deepest portion at a center of the bottom portion; a support member configured to hold the bottom portion of the inner container to support the inner container in a standing state; a lid member fitted to an outer periphery of the inner container; a discharge pump on a top surface portion of the lid member, the discharge pump including a suction tube inserted through the suction port into the inner container; and a positioning device for positioning the inner container in a vertical direction such that a distal end of the suction tube is located in the pyramid shape of the bottom portion of the inner container.

A refillable container includes: an inner container (); an accommodation member () configured to accommodate the inner container; a lid member configured to close the accommodation member; a taking-out part () configured to take out the content contained in the inner container accommodated in the accommodation member; and an inner-container restraint part (), which is provided between the lid member and the inner container, is configured to restrain the lid member and the inner container so as to prevent the inner container from falling from an opening portion of the lid member, when the lid member is removed from the accommodation member. Also, the inner-container restraint part is configured to release the restraint between the lid member and the inner container when the inner container in which the content has been exhausted is pulled from the opening portion of the lid member in a pull-out direction.

A refillable container including an outer container (), a lid member (), an inner container (), and a pump (). The outer container has an opening formed in an upper part thereof, and the lid member is configured to close the opening of the outer container. The inner container is made of paper, configured to store the liquid content therein, and replaceably accommodated in the outer container. The pump is configured to pump up the liquid content in the inner container stored in the outer container and to dispense the liquid content outside of the refillable container. When the opening of the outer container is closed by the lid member, a suction tube () of the pump, which is arranged below the lid member, is inserted from a suction port (), which is formed in an upper surface of the inner container, into the inner container.

A paper inner container for storage of refilling liquid content, which enables a suction port to be easily formed at a center of an upper surface thereof. The paper inner container includes: four body panels, which form a body having a square tubular shape; and a pair of upper-surface forming panels and a pair of side panels, which are continuously provided on upper edges of the body panels to form an upper surface. The pair of upper-surface forming panels face each other and overlap in a vertical direction. The pair of side panels are positioned between the pair of upper-surface forming panels to face each other and are folded up along with overlapping of the upper-surface forming panels. The pair of upper-surface forming panels have holes, which are formed at centers of the upper-surface forming panels to serve as a suction port.

Paper inner container for holding liquid refill contents

A refillable container including: an outer container having an opening formed on top thereof; a cover configured to close the opening of the outer container; an inner container configured to store liquid and accommodated in the outer container; and a dispense pump provided on the cover and configured to pump the liquid content in the inner container and dispense the liquid content outside of the refillable container under a state in which the suction tube is stuck into a suction port of the inner container. The suction tube of the pump is inserted into the inner container when the opening of the outer container is closed by a cover. The cover includes a tubular wall portion fitted to an outer periphery of the outer container, and a distal end of the suction tube is positioned within an open end of the tubular wall portion.

The purpose of the present invention is to provide technology for regenerating pulp having high quality with compact pulp regenerating equipment and less energy. In the pulp regenerating method of the present invention, pulp slurry containing 1.5 wt % or more of a solid component including waste paper pulp is separated into a long fiber fraction and a short fiber fraction by using an outward type slit screen including an opening portion having a slit width in the range of 0.1 mm to 0.3 mm. The solid component ratio of the long fiber fraction and the short fiber fraction is in the range from 10:90 to 60:40, and the difference in Canadian Standard Freeness of the long fiber fraction and the short fiber fraction is in the range of 100 ml to 300 ml.

Processes for preparing pulp and paper

The present invention aims to provide cellulose-based fibrous materials for obtaining papers and sheets having low density, high surface quality, good size stability despite of high strength, and high opacity. Cellulose-based fibrous materials having external fibrils consisting of an assembly of scale-like microfibrils exhibit a higher fiber stiffness, a lower water retention value and a higher specific surface area as compared with fibrous materials having filamentous external fibrils at the same freeness. Papers and sheets having low density, high surface quality, good size stability and high opacity can be obtained by using such fibrous materials.
