A data processing method is a data processing method in which variable measurement data transmitted from a sensor at a first cycle is computationally processed at a second cycle that is longer than the first cycle. The measurement data is acquired in a third cycle that is longer than the first cycle and shorter than the second cycle, an average value of the acquired measurement data is calculated at the second cycle, and computation processing thereof is performed.

Data processing method

A data processing method of variable measurement data in an electronic control unit (ECU) is provided. The ECU that processes the data processing method calculates a filtering frequency based on a delay time frequency based on a transmission timing cycle of the measurement data and a processing timing cycle of the measurement data in the ECU, and also based on a pulsation frequency of the measurement data, and removes, from the measurement data, a component of the filtering frequency calculated in the calculation of the filtering frequency.

An engine controller, an engine control method, and memory medium are provided. A second calculation process calculates an intake air amount without using a detection result of an air flow meter. The determination process determines that intake air pulsation is great if it is confirmed that a difference between an average flow rate and a minimum flow rate is great. The average flow rate is an average value of an intake air flow rate within a period of the intake air pulsation. The minimum flow rate is a minimum value of the intake air flow rate within the period. When it is determined that the intake air pulsation is great, a calculation method switching process selects a calculated value of the intake air amount that is obtained by the second calculation process.

Engine controller, engine control method, and memory medium

An engine controller is provided. A second calculation process calculates an intake air amount without using an output of an air flow meter. A second determination process determines whether an intake air pulsation in an intake passage is great without using the output of the air flow meter. When the intake air pulsation is determined to be great by at least one of a first determination process and the second determination process, a calculation method switching process selects the calculated value of the intake air amount obtained by the second calculation process as a calculated value of the intake air amount used to determine an operation amount of an actuator.

A first intake air amount an engine is calculated based on a detected value of an intake air flow rate of an air flowmeter. A second intake air amount is calculated based on any one of a detected value of an intake pipe pressure and a throttle opening degree instead of the detected value of the intake air flow rate. When it is determined that the intake pulsation is not large, a difference amount of the second intake air amount from the first intake air amount is calculated. A corrected second intake air amount, which is a sum of the second intake air amount and the difference amount, is set as an intake air amount calculated value when it is determined that the intake pulsation is large.

Engine controller and engine control method

An internal combustion engine exhaust gas system includes a filter arranged in an exhaust passage of the internal combustion engine, a fuel adding valve which is arranged upstream of the filter and supplies fuel into the exhaust passage, and a low-pressure exhaust gas recirculation apparatus that removes some of the exhaust gas from downstream of the filter as EGR gas. An EGR rate is controlled taking into account the amount of fuel supplied by the fuel adding valve such that an oxygen concentration of intake gas, which is drawn into a cylinder of the internal combustion engine in a state in which the EGR gas that is introduced by the low-pressure exhaust gas recirculation apparatus is mixed with air introduced into an intake passage, is constant before and after fuel is supplied by the fuel adding valve.

Internal combustion engine exhaust gas system and control method of the same

An object of the present invention is to control the discharge amount of unburned fuel components in the internal combustion engine. According the present invention, the number of times of execution of sub fuel injection is changed based on the operation range within which the operation state of the internal combustion engine falls so that the lower the engine load of the internal combustion engine is, and the lower the number of engine revolutions of the internal combustion engine is, the more the number of times of execution of sub fuel injection is increased. Furthermore, the lower the atmospheric pressure is, the lower the temperature of the cooling water of the internal combustion engine is, or the lower the temperature of the intake air of the internal combustion engine is, the more an operation range in which the number of times of execution of sub fuel injection is large is expanded to higher loads and higher revolutions.

Fuel injection system of compression ignition internal combustion engine

A transmission includes: a casing of the transmission; a shaft rotatably supported by the casing and having an oil passage; plural gears mounted on the shaft. The lubricant is partly lifted and stirred in response to a shift operation implemented by selectively engaging and rotating the gears. The transmission further includes a lubricating mechanism placed at a position higher than the shaft and having an upper end opening in an upward direction so as to collect and store the lifted lubricant. The lubricating mechanism is provided with an oil supply port through which the lubricant is guided to the oil passage of the shaft.

A transmission apparatus includes a casing provided with shafts therein, a rotational member positioned in the casing at an end portion in an axial direction of the shafts, the rotational member being configured to lift up a lubricating oil so as to supply the lubricating oil to a part that is different from the end portion inside the casing, and an oil passage provided along the axis line direction of the shafts, the oil passage configured to receive the lubricating oil lifted up by the rotational member at a first end portion in a longitudinal direction of the oil passage and to supply the lubricating oil through a second end portion in the longitudinal direction of the oil passage to a part inside the casing placed far away from the rotational member, the oil passage being integrally formed with the casing.

Transmission apparatus

An internal combustion engine provided with a common rail () and fuel injectors () connected to the common rail (). When pilot injection is performed, the injection pressure pulsates. At this time, the injection amount of the main injection fluctuates by a certain fluctuation pattern. If indicating on an abscissa a time interval from when pilot injection is started to when main injection is started and indicating on the ordinate a fluctuation amount of main injection, the fluctuation pattern of the injection amount of the main injection becomes a form contracted or expanded in the abscissa direction and ordinate direction in accordance with the rail pressure. This characteristic is utilized to find the fluctuation amount of the injection amount of the main injection.

Fuel injection system of internal combustion engine

In controlling power supply time, a variation in the fuel injection quantity caused by a variation in the fuel injection rate at the in-cylinder pressure of the engine (detected or estimated value in the running state of the internal combustion engine) relative to the fuel injection rate at a reference in-cylinder pressure (under the condition of an injector characteristic measuring benchmark test), and in addition, a variation in the fuel injection start time is corrected. In the calculation of the variation in the fuel injection quantity, a fuel injection rate changing behavior model in which changing behavior of the fuel injection rate is modeled as a trapezoid is used to calculate the areas of &#x394;qand &#x394;q. The variation in the fuel injection start time &#x394;&#x3c4;d is calculated based on the rail pressure and the variation in the in-cylinder pressure. In this way, there is provided a technology for controlling the fuel injection quantity that changes with a change in the in-cylinder pressure with improved accuracy.

Fuel injection control apparatus for internal combustion engine

A fuel injection device has an actuator, and a displacement amplification chamber for amplifying the amount of displacement of the actuator. The displacement amplification chamber is connected to a fuel passage via a replenishment fuel passage that has a check valve that allows a fuel to flow only toward the displacement amplification chamber. A throttle portion is formed in the replenishment fuel passage.
