Provided are a resin composition having excellent oxygen barrier property under high humidity as a novel resin material, a molded body, a method for producing a molded body, and a method for producing a pellet using the resin composition. The resin composition includes a resin component and a plate-shaped talc having an aspect ratio of more than 18, 80 mass % of the resin component comprising a barrier resin having an oxygen transmission coefficient of 5.0 cc·mm/(m·day·atm) or less as measured according to ASTM D3985 at a relative humidity of 60% and a temperature of 23° C., and a content of the plate-shaped talc being from 3.0 to 55.0 mass % when a total of the barrier resin and the plate-shaped talc is 100 mass %.

Resin composition, molded body, and their application

Provided are a filament having, after a water absorption treatment, a high maintenance rate of linear strength and a high maintenance rate of knot strength, and a fishing line. The filament contains a polyamide resin (A), and the polyamide resin (A) is constituted from a constituent unit derived from a diamine and a constituent unit derived from a dicarboxylic acid, and 70 mol % or more of the constituent units derived from a diamine are derived from xylylene diamine, and 70 mol % or more of the constituent units derived from a dicarboxylic acid are derived from an α,ω-linear aliphatic dicarboxylic acid having from 11 to 14 carbons.

Filament and fishing line

A stretched film, which has excellent impact resistance and oxygen barrier properties and which suppresses the number of pinholes after being bent, a packaging material using the same, and a method for producing the stretched film are provided. The stretched film contains from 80 to 5 parts by mass of a polyamide resin (B) relative to from 20 to 95 parts by mass of a polyamide resin (A), the polyamide resin (A) being an aliphatic polyamide resin, the polyamide resin (B) containing a constituent unit derived from a diamine and a constituent unit derived from a dicarboxylic acid, 70 mol % or more of the constituent unit derived from a diamine being derived from xylylenediamine, from 30 to 70 mol % of the constituent unit derived from a dicarboxylic acid being derived from an α,ω-linear aliphatic dicarboxylic acid having from 4 to 8 carbons, and from 70 to 30 mol % of the constituent unit derived from a dicarboxylic acid being derived from isophthalic acid provided that a total of the constituent units derived from a dicarboxylic acid is not more than 100 mol %.

Stretched film, packaging material, and method for producing stretched film

Provided is a fiber-reinforced resin material in which is used a polyamide resin such as MXD6 that is appropriately impregnated into continuous reinforcing fibers and has suppressed perforations and deficits when formed into a film in a molten state. Also provided are a wound body, a molded article, and a method for producing the fiber-reinforced resin material. The film-shaped fiber-reinforced resin material has a polyamide resin composition that is impregnated into continuous reinforcing fibers arranged in parallel in at least one direction. The polyamide resin composition contains a polyamide resin (A) and a polyamide resin (B) other than the polyamide resin (A), and the polyamide resin (A) is constituted from a constituent unit derived from a diamine and a constituent unit derived from a dicarboxylic acid, 70 mol % or greater of the constituent units derived from a diamine are derived from meta-xylylenediamine, and 70 mol % or greater of the constituent units derived from a dicarboxylic acid are derived from adipic acid. A melt tension of the polyamide resin composition is 1 mN or greater, and a melt viscosity is 250 Pa·s or greater.

Fiber-reinforced resin material, wound body, molded article, and production method for fiber-reinforced resin material

Provided is a resin laminate having: a polyester layer containing a polyester resin (A); and a mixed resin layer containing a polyamide resin (B) and a polyester resin (C). The polyamide resin (B) includes a constituent unit derived from a diamine and a constituent unit derived from a dicarboxylic acid, with 70 mol % or greater of the constituent derived from a diamine being a constituent unit derived from xylylenediamine, and 70 mol % or greater of the constituent unit derived from a dicarboxylic acid being a constituent unit derived from an α,ω-linear aliphatic dicarboxylic acid having from 4 to 20 carbons. Further, a radical concentration in the mixed resin layer is 1×10mol/g or greater. Also provided are a multilayered film and a multilayered container formed from the resin laminate.

Resin layered body

To provide a polyamide resin composition preventing mold fouling during molding and capable of producing a molded product with an excellent color tone, as well as a molded product, a method for producing a molded product, and an antioxidant. The composition is a resin composition containing: a polyamide resin constituted of diamine-derived constituent units and dicarboxylic acid-derived constituent units, 70 mol % or more of the diamine-derived constituent units being derived from a compound represented by Formula (1), and 70 mol % or more of the dicarboxylic acid-derived constituent units being derived from an α,ω-linear aliphatic dicarboxylic acid having from 8 to 12 carbon atoms; and a compound represented by Formula (1), where Rand Reach independently represent an alkyl group having from 1 to 4 carbon atoms, and n1 and n2 are each independently an integer from 0 to 4, wherein a content of the compound represented by Formula (1) is from 3 to 100 mass ppm of the resin composition.

Resin composition, molded product, method for producing molded product, and antioxidant

Provided is a multilayered article and a multilayered container having excellent delamination resistance while maintaining an excellent oxygen barrier property. The multilayered article includes a polyester resin layer and a barrier layer, wherein a polyamide resin contained in the barrier layer contains from 90 to 10 parts by mass of a polyamide resin (B) per 10 to 90 parts by mass of a polyamide resin (A). In the polyamide resin (A), 70 mol % or more of structural unit derived from a diamine is derived from xylylenediamine, and over 90 mol % of structural unit derived from a dicarboxylic acid is derived from adipic acid. In the polyamide resin (B), 70 mol % or more of structural unit derived from a diamine is derived from xylylenediamine, and of structural unit derived from a dicarboxylic acid, from 30 to 65 mol % is derived from an am-linear aliphatic dicarboxylic acid having from 4 to 20 carbons and from 70 to 35 mol % is derived from isophthalic acid.

Multilayered article and multilayered container

Provided is a stretched body having a high barrier property under high humidity, a PET bottle, and a method for producing a container. The stretched body of a composition containing a semi-aromatic polyamide resin and plate-shaped talc having an aspect ratio of more than 18, a content of the plate-shaped talc having an aspect ratio of more than 18 in the composition is from 3.0 to 55.0 mass % when a total content of the semi-aromatic polyamide resin and the plate-shaped talc having an aspect ratio of more than 18 is 100 mass %.

Stretched body, PET bottle, and method for producing container

An easily tearable film with excellent linear cuttability, as well as a multilayer film, a packaging material, and a container are provided. The easily tearable film is a polyamide resin film including polyamide resin components including more than 20 parts by mass and 70 parts by mass or less of a semi-aromatic polyamide resin A and less than 80 parts by mass and 30 parts by mass or more of an aliphatic polyamide resin B; wherein the semi-aromatic polyamide resin A is constituted of a diamine-derived constituent unit and a dicarboxylic acid-derived constituent unit; 60 mol % or more of the diamine-derived constituent units are derived from metaxylylenediamine; 60 mol % or more of the dicarboxylic acid-derived constituent units are derived from an α,ω-linear aliphatic dicarboxylic acid having from 4 to 10 carbons; and the polyamide resin film is stretched, the polyamide resin film having an area fraction corresponding to the semi-aromatic polyamide resin A, as observed in secondary electron image observation, of 9.8% or more after plane ion milling of a cross section of the polyamide resin film in the TD direction.

Easily tearable film, multilayer film, packaging material, and container

Provided is a multilayered container including a polyester layer containing a thermoplastic polyester resin (X) and a polyamide layer containing a polyamide resin (Y), wherein the polyester layer is an innermost layer, and the polyamide layer is an intermediate layer. The polyamide resin (Y) has a constituent unit derived from a diamine and a constituent unit derived from a dicarboxylic acid. At least 70 mol % of the constituent units derived from a diamine are a constituent unit derived from a xylylenediamine, and at least 70 mol % of the constituent units derived from a dicarboxylic acid are a constituent unit derived from an &#x3b1;,&#x3c9;-linear aliphatic dicarboxylic acid having from 4 to 20 carbons. When an overall thickness is 100%, the polyamide layer is present from a position of 5 to 35% from an inner surface, and a thickness of the polyamide layer is from 1 to 15%.

Multilayered container and method for producing same

An easily tearable film includes polyamide resin components including more than 20 parts by mass and 70 parts by mass or less of a semi-aromatic polyamide resin A and less than 80 parts by mass and 30 parts by mass or more of an aliphatic polyamide resin B; wherein the semi-aromatic polyamide resin A is constituted of a diamine-derived constituent unit and a dicarboxylic acid-derived constituent unit; 60 mol % or more of the diamine-derived constituent units are derived from metaxylylenediamine; 60 mol % or more of the dicarboxylic acid-derived constituent units are derived from an &#x3b1;,&#x3c9;-linear aliphatic dicarboxylic acid having from 4 to 10 carbons; and the molar concentration of phosphorus atoms, the total molar concentration of alkali metal atoms and the total molar concentration of alkaline earth metal atoms, and Mn of the semi-aromatic polyamide resin satisfy predetermined relationships.

The present invention provides an easily tearable aluminum-vapor-deposited biaxially oriented film in which at least an aluminum vapor deposition layer (A), a barrier layer (B), an adhesive layer (C), and a polypropylene layer (D) are layered in this order, wherein the barrier layer (B) includes a mixture of a polyamide (a) and an amorphous polyamide (b), the polyamide (a) includes diamine units including at least 70 mol % of constituent units derived from xylylene diamine and dicarboxylic acid units including at least 70 mol % of constituent units derived from a C&#x3b1;,&#x3c9;-straight-chain aliphatic dicarboxylic acid, the content of the polyamide (a) in the barrier layer (B) is 30-70% by mass, and the content of the amorphous polyamide (b) in the barrier layer (B) is 30-70% by mass.

Easily tearable aluminum-vapor-deposited biaxially oriented film

There is provided a low-viscosity resin composition having high mechanical strength when formed into a molded article and having excellent fluidity, and a molded article formed from the resin composition. The resin composition includes a first polyamide resin and a second polyamide resin, the first polyamide resin being an amorphous polyamide resin in which 70 mol % or more of a structural unit derived from a diamine is a structural unit derived from isophorone diamine and a structural unit derived from dicarboxylic acid includes a structural unit derived from an &#x3b1;,&#x3c9;-linear aliphatic dicarboxylic acid having from 8 to 14 carbon atoms and a structural unit derived from an aromatic dicarboxylic acid, the second polyamide resin being an amorphous polyamide resin in which at least one type of the structural unit is a structural unit including two or more alicyclic structures, and the mass ratio of the second polyamide resin to the sum of the first polyamide resin and the second polyamide resin being from 10 to 90% by mass.

Resin composition and molded article

A resin composition which has oxygen-barrier properties less apt to depend on humidity and has high transparency; and a formed article and a film which include the resin composition are provided. The resin composition includes from 10 to 90 parts by mass of a polyamide resin (A) and from 90 to 10 parts by mass of a polyamide resin (B), wherein the polyamide resin (A) includes constituent units derived from a diamine and constituent units derived from a dicarboxylic acid, with 70 mol % or more of the constituent units derived from a diamine being derived from xylylenediamine and 90 mol % or more of the constituent units derived from a dicarboxylic acid being derived from adipic acid; the polyamide resin (B) includes constituent units derived from a diamine and constituent units derived from a dicarboxylic acid, 70 mol % or more of the constituent units derived from a diamine being derived from xylylenediamine, from 30 to 65 mol % of the constituent units derived from a dicarboxylic acid being derived from an &#x3b1;,&#x3c9;-linear chain aliphatic dicarboxylic acid having from 4 to 20 carbons, and from 70 to 35 mol % of the constituent units derived from a dicarboxylic acid being derived from isophthalic acid.

Resin composition, formed article, and film

Provided is a polyester-based resin composition capable of giving a molded article excellent in transparency and gas-barrier property even though the molded article requires stretching treatment, and also provided is a method for producing the composition. The method for producing a polyester-based resin composition includes a step of obtaining a master batch (M) containing a polyester resin (A) having a cyclic acetal structure or an alicyclic hydrocarbon structure, and a polyamide resin (B), and a step of melt-kneading the master batch (M) with a polyester resin (R) in which 70 mol % or more of the dicarboxylic acid unit is derived from an aromatic dicarboxylic acid and 70 mol % or more of the diol unit is derived from an aliphatic diol, thereby giving a polyester-based resin composition, in this order,. The glass transition temperature of the polyester resin (A) is 105&#xb0; C. or lower, the content of the polyester resin (A) in the polyester-based resin composition is 0.5 to 15.0% by mass, and the content of the polyamide resin (B) is 0.5 to 10.0% by mass.
