A tire wear measuring device that detects wear of a tire based on a magnetic field from a magnetic object embedded in the tire includes magnetic sensors and a battery. The battery is capable of transmitting the magnetic field from the magnetic object, and has an outer edge from which the magnetic field from the magnetic object is emitted as an emission magnetic field. Each of the magnetic sensors is disposed in a position where the emission magnetic field is detectable by the sensor.

This effective material age estimation device comprises a temperature term calculation unitfor calculating a temperature term γdependent on the temperature of cast concrete, a humidity term calculation unitfor calculating a humidity term γdependent on the relative humidity of the concrete, and an effective material age calculation unitfor calculating the effective material age of the concrete by summing products of the temperature term γ, the humidity term, and a step time term Δt. The humidity term γis introduced, and the sum of the products is weighted using the term.

Provided is a simple and low-cost method for efficiently fixing a sufficient amount of carbon dioxide contained in a carbon dioxide-containing gas (e.g. a plant exhaust gas). The method of fixing carbon dioxide comprises a contact step of bringing a carbon dioxide-containing gas having a temperature of 350° C. or more into contact with a cementitious hardened body to fix carbon dioxide in the carbon dioxide-containing gas to the cementitious hardened body. The carbon dioxide-containing gas may be a gas that is free from being supplied with moisture before the contact step and during the contact step. One of examples of the carbon dioxide-containing gas is a plant exhaust gas.

Carbon dioxide fixation method

Provided is a method of fixing a sufficient amount of carbon dioxide contained in a carbon dioxide-containing gas (e.g., a plant exhaust gas) simply, at low cost, and efficiently. The method of fixing carbon dioxide includes a contact step of bringing a carbon dioxide-containing gas into contact with powdery or grainy particles, which are each formed of a cementitious hardened body and each have a particle size of 40 mm or less, at a temperature of from 75° C. to 110° C. to fix carbon dioxide contained in the carbon dioxide-containing gas to the powdery or grainy particles, wherein the relative humidity of the carbon dioxide-containing gas is adjusted in accordance with the particle size of the powdery or grainy particles and the state of adjustment of moisture content of the powdery or grainy particles before the contact step.

Provided is a concrete composition, including: blast furnace slag; at least any one of expansive additive and cement; and water, wherein a unit water content of the water is 130 kg/mor less; wherein a content of the cement is 22% by mass or less relative to the blast furnace slag, and wherein a slump flow value of the concrete composition is 40 cm or greater.

A magnetic sensor including a first magneto resistive effect element located on a first surface of a substrate and having a sensitivity axis in a first direction that is one of in-plane directions of the first surface, a positioning soft magnetic body including a first most proximal portion of which a relative position with respect to the magneto resistive effect element is defined, and provided in a non-contact manner with respect to the first magneto resistive effect element, and a first soft magnetic body and a second soft magnetic body juxtaposed in the first direction and extending in a direction away from the first surface, and each of the first soft magnetic body and the second soft magnetic body is magnetically connected to the positioning soft magnetic body.

Magnetic sensor

A semiconductor device that can rapidly stabilize a control voltage for controlling an electric current source is provided. A semiconductor device includes a filter circuit that is provided between a control voltage generation circuit and an electric current source and removes noise of the control voltage. The filter circuit includes a first resistive element that is provided between the control voltage generation circuit and an output node that outputs the control voltage, a first capacitive element that is provided between the output node and a first voltage, a second capacitive element that is coupled between the output node and the first voltage via a first switch element. The second capacitive element is coupled between the first voltage and a second voltage when the first switch element is non-conductive. The second capacitive element is coupled with the first capacitive element through the output node when the first switch element is conductive.

Semiconductor device and semiconductor integrated circuit

A magnetic sensor includes a substrate, magnetoresistive effect elements arranged on a surface of the substrate, a first wiring line arranged on a surface of the substrate, an insulation layer configured to cover the magnetoresistive effect elements and the first wiring line, a soft magnetic body arranged on the insulation layer, and a second wiring line arranged on the insulation layer, wherein the magnetoresistive effect elements each extend in a first direction and are arranged while being separated from each other in a second direction orthogonal to the first direction in a case of viewing in plan the substrate, the soft magnetic body includes a first direction extension portion that extends in the first direction, and when viewed in plan, the first direction extension portion is arranged between the magnetoresistive effect elements, and the second wiring line is connected to the first wiring line.

A magnetic sensor for detecting the position of a magnet in an X direction includes two magnetic sensor elements which are disposed to be spaced apart from each other in a Y direction and are disposed to face the magnet in a Z direction, in which a soft magnetic body is provided to be located between the magnet and the two magnetic sensor elements and to be located between the two magnetic sensor elements, the two magnetic sensor elements are provided in a range in which magnetic flux which is generated from the magnet saturates magnetization of free magnetic layers of the two magnetic sensor elements, magnetization directions of fixed magnetic layers of the two magnetic sensor elements are the same as each other, and a bridge circuit is configured with the two magnetic sensor elements.

A rod-shaped magnet is mounted on a rotating unit. The rod-shaped magnet has end surfaces which are oriented in a rotating direction and are magnetized to different magnetic poles. An angle detecting unit including magnetoresistive elements is disposed so as to be offset in a radial direction of a revolution path of the magnet from the revolution path and is configured to detect a change in angle of rotation of the rotating unit by detecting a leakage magnetic field in the vicinity of a side surface of the magnet. Two position detecting units each include magnetoresistive elements and are configured to detect a change in orientation of a magnetic field in the direction of a tangent to the revolution path when facing the rod-shaped magnet and produce a switch output.

Rotation detector

A circular top surface of a magnet is magnetized to the N-pole, and a back surface thereof is magnetized to the S-pole. A detector moves within the X-Y plane at positions located away from the top surface of the magnet. A pair of X-direction detecting elements and a pair of the Y-direction detecting elements are provided in the detector. In the X-direction detecting elements, the directions of a bias magnetic field provided to free magnetic layers are opposite to each other. When the detector moves in the Y direction, a decrease in the sensitivity of one of the X-direction detecting elements is compensated for by an improvement in the sensitivity of the other element. This also applies to the Y-direction detecting elements. Accordingly, position detection outputs of the X direction and the Y direction can be accurately obtained from the detector.

Position detector including magnetoresistive elements

Disclosed is a position detecting device provided with a magnetoresistive element that can accurately detect a position using a magnet and a detector that moves opposite to the magnet. A front surface of a magnet having a circular shape is magnetized to the N-pole, and a rear surface thereof is magnetized to the S-pole. A detector moves in the X-Y plane at a position that is spaced from the front surface of the magnet. The detector is provided with an X direction detecting element and a Y direction detecting element. The X direction detecting element and the Y direction detecting element are magnetoresistive elements. The front surface of the magnet is tapered such that the center thereof protrudes.

Position detecting device with a magnetoresistive element

A circular surface of a magnet is magnetized to an N-pole, and a back surface is magnetized to an S-pole. A detection unit moves in an X-Y plane at a position apart from the surface of the magnet. An X-direction detection element and a Y-direction detection element are installed in the detection unit. Both the X-direction detection element and the Y-direction detection element are magnetoresistive effect elements each having the bias magnetic field in a B-direction applied to a free magnetic layer directed perpendicular to the surface of the magnet. Each bias magnetic field is stabilized both in the X-direction detection element and the Y-direction detection element such that the detection unit accurately provides position detection output values in the X- and Y-directions.
