A fuel temperature estimation device that can improve the estimation accuracy of a fuel temperature in each part of a fuel channel, is provided. In the invention, the fuel temperature estimation device estimates the fuel temperature of each part of the fuel channel in a vehicle (for example, an injection nozzle, a pressure accumulator, a high-pressure pump), and includes a flow rate measuring device that measures a fuel flow rate of a fuel return system of the fuel channel and a controller. The controller includes a fuel temperature correction unit that corrects an estimated fuel temperature in a fuel injection system based on the fuel flow rate of the fuel return system, and has a function of estimating the fuel temperature using the fuel flow rate of the fuel return system as a parameter.

Fuel temperature estimation device

An exhaust pipe fuel injector capable of preventing fuel from remaining in a fuel supply system and thus capable of preventing the fuel supply system from being blocked due to carbonization of the fuel, is provided. The exhaust pipe fuel injector includes: a fuel injection nozzle that injects the fuel into an exhaust pipe; a supply pipe through which a mixed fluid of the fuel and air is supplied into the fuel injection nozzle; and a control unit. The control unit has a function of continuing combustion until no fuel remains in the inside of the supply pipe during regeneration of a diesel particulate filter.

Exhaust pipe fuel injector

The purpose of the present invention is to provide a DPF travel-time regeneration control system of stably raising the temperature even during travel and capable of decreasing the frequency of DPF regeneration when the vehicle is stopped. In this control system, if the DPF () needs to be regenerated, the vehicle is traveling on cruise control, and the exhaust temperature detected by an exhaust temperature sensor () is higher than a threshold value, then fuel is injected into the exhaust pipe by a fuel injection means (), and if the exhaust temperature is lower than the threshold value, the exhaust temperature is raised by operating the exhaust brake without injecting fuel into the exhaust pipe.

Control system for DPF regeneration by exhaust pipe injection, and regeneration method

Based on a fuel supplying amount in accordance with an engine operating condition, a discharge amount of a predetermined fuel component contained in exhaust gas to be discharge per unit time is estimated, and integrated by an accumulation amount of the fuel component accumulated in an exhaust purification element. Furthermore, according to an exhaust gas temperature that flows into the element, an amount of the fuel component to be removed from the element per unit time is estimated, and the amount is subtracted from the accumulation amount. When the accumulation amount is equal to or greater than a predetermined value, a determination is made that a timing to forcefully remove the fuel component accumulated in the element has arrived. Then, an alarming lamp is lightened, and a forceful removing processing is performed by raising a temperature of the exhaust gas above a temperature at which the fuel component is removed.
