The present invention provides a patch comprising a backing layer and an adhesive agent layer, wherein the adhesive agent layer is non-aqueous, the adhesive agent layer contains nonylic acid vanillylamide and aluminum hydroxide, a content of nonylic acid vanillylamide in the adhesive agent layer is 0.01 to 0.025% by mass based on a total mass of the adhesive agent layer, a content of aluminum hydroxide in the adhesive agent layer is 0.55 to 1.5% by mass based on the total mass of the adhesive agent layer, and a mass ratio of the content of nonylic acid vanillylamide to the content of aluminum hydroxide ((content of nonylic acid vanillylamide):(content of aluminum hydroxide)) in the adhesive agent layer is 1:27 to 1:150.

The present invention provides a patch comprising a backing layer and an adhesive agent layer, wherein the adhesive agent layer is non-aqueous, the adhesive agent layer contains nonylic acid vanillylamide, terpene-based resin, rosin-based resin, styrene-isoprene-styrene block copolymer, and liquid paraffin, a mass ratio of a content of the terpene-based resin to a content of the rosin-based resin ((content of the terpene-based resin)/(content of the rosin-based resin)) in the adhesive agent layer is 0.45 to 1.3, and a mass ratio of a content of the styrene-isoprene-styrene block copolymer to a content of the liquid paraffin ((content of the styrene-isoprene-styrene block copolymer)/(content of the liquid paraffin)) in the adhesive agent layer is 0.45 to 1.2.

A pressure-sensitive adhesive composition which comprises three ingredients, i.e., polyisoprene, a styrene/isoprene/styrene copolymer, and solid polyisobutylene, in a proportion of (10-60)/(10-50)/(20-60) by weight and further contains a non-solid isobutylene polymer and a tackifier, characterized in that the amount of the non-solid isobutylene polymer is 1 to 30 pts. wt., excluding 30 pts. wt., per 100 pts. wt. of the sum of the three ingredients, i.e., the polyisoprene, styrene/isoprene/styrene copolymer, and solid polyisobutylene. When used in an adhesive patch for external use on the skin, the composition has satisfactory tackiness regardless of whether the temperature of the surrounding air is high or low, has excellent long-term storage stability, retains the necessary cohesive force, and does not unnecessarily irritate the skin.
