A stator includes a stator core, a stator winding wound via an insulator provided at the stator core, and a terminal block arranged at an outer side in a direction of the stator core. The stator core includes an end portion protruding from an opening of a housing in an axial direction and is mounted to the housing by a mounting bracket being in contact with an end face of the end portion. The mounting bracket includes an annular portion having a C-shape, a connecting portion disposed between both ends of the annular portion, and a bent portion protruding upward in the axial direction at an inner circumferential edge portion of the annular portion. The bent portion is in contact with the end face of the stator core. The connecting portion includes a relief portion extending at a position away from the terminal block.

Resolver attachment structure

A resolver includes: a stator core; and an insulator that is mounted on the annular stator core, wherein a terminal pin base that extends outward in a radial direction is integrally formed in the insulator, wherein a plurality of terminal pins are disposed on the terminal pin base, wherein each of the terminal pins has a first connecting portion at one end and a second connecting portion at the other end, wherein first and second covers are provided on the terminal pin base at each sides in an axial direction, wherein the first connecting portion and the second connecting portion of the terminal pin are sealed in a filler which fills a first space and a second space, the first space being formed between the first cover and the terminal pin base, and the second space being formed between the second cover and the terminal pin base.

An angle detecting apparatus using a resolver disposed at a position where an external magnetic field is present on one side in an axial direction includes a rotor that is rotatable and made of a magnetic material, a magnetic permeability of the magnet material having an uniaxial anisotropy as an entirety, and a stator disposed to face the rotor, the stator including an exciting coil and a detection coil for detecting a magnetic flux generated by the exciting coil, the rotor being provided between the stator and the external magnetic field.

A production method for a rotor core for a VR type resolver has a structure in which one protrusion is formed on an inner edge thereof in which the rotor cores can be rotated and laminated without increasing cost. In a production method of a rotor core for a VR type resolver, a plurality of tabular rotor core pieces are laminated. In this case, in the rotor core pieces, four protrusions are simultaneously formed, one of them is left, the remainder thereof is removed, and rotating lamination is carried out.

Variable reluctance resolver

A resolver can have a stator installed in a housing simply, without requiring a special jig. In the resolver including a housing and a stator core fixed in the housing, the stator core is fixed to the inside of the housing by rotating relative to the housing.

A resolver can have a stator and a housing fixed without requiring a special jig. The resolver includes a housing in an approximately cylindrical shape, a stator core in an approximately annular shape fixed to the inside of the housing, in which an exciting coil and a detecting coil are wound therearound, and a rotor arranged on the inside of the stator core, wherein the stator core is fixed to the housing by a C-shaped ring, a groove extending in a circumferential direction is provided on the inside of the housing, and the stator core is fixed to the housing by engaging the C-shaped ring with the groove.

A sheet coil type is provided in which a detection coil of two phases is disposed at a stator section and structured such that a coil of sine phase a coil of cosine phase are circumferentially arranged alternately on the same plane, wherein the distance between an excitation coil at a rotor section and the coil of sine phase at the stator section is identical to the distance between the excitation coil at the rotor section and the coil of cosine phase at the stator section, whereby the difference in amplitude between at a sine phase output and at a cosine phase output is eliminated.

Sheet coil type resolver

A VR resolver with a shaft angle multiplier of 3&#xd7; has a rotor corethat is provided with magnetic polesand, which project in a radial direction, and a magnetic pole, which does not project in a radial direction. The VR resolver also has a stator coreprovided with salient polesandthat are wound with a cosine wave detection wire and that are connected. A zero point detecting terminal is led from the cosine wave detection wire between the cosine winding wound portions of the salient polesand. The zero point detecting terminal provides a voltage waveform. By setting a threshold value for the voltage waveform, an absolute angle of the rotor coreis measured.

A sheet coil type resolver includes: a stator section in which a stator transformer coil composed of first and second stator transformer coil layers is disposed to axially overlap with a resolver stator coil composed of first and second resolver stator coil layers; and a rotor section in which a rotor transformer coil composed of first and second rotor transformer coil layers is disposed to axially overlap with a resolver rotor coil composed of first and second resolver rotor coil layers, whereby the axial dimension is reduced, lead wires can be easily led out from the coils, and high reliability is achieved.
