A stator includes a stator core and a coil wound around the stator core. The coil includes a basic coil segment including a pair of first legs and a first transition portion disposed on a first end surface side of the stator core, and a transition coil segment including a pair of second legs and a second transition portion. The second transition portion includes a pair of shoulders and a pair of second rising portions. An inclination angle of the second rising portion is larger than an angle of the shoulder with respect to a first end surface, so that the second transition portion is in contact with the first transition portion.

Stator, rotary electric machine, and work machine

A stator includes a stator core including a plurality of teeth and a plurality of slots, a coil wound around the plurality of slots, and a spacer disposed on an end portion in an axial direction of the stator core. The coil includes a plurality of coil segments, each including a bent portion and a pair of legs. The spacer includes a coil support portion that is disposed between an end portion of each of the teeth and the bent portion of the coil segment and that has a support surface. A distance from the end portion of each of the teeth to the support surface on an inner side in a radial direction of the stator core is longer than a distance from the end portion of each of the teeth to the support surface on an outer side in the radial direction of the stator core.

Stator and rotary electric machine

An electric motor includes a rotor, a stator, and an electric motor casing. The electric motor casing forms a first accommodating space accommodating a rotary shaft and a rotor core and a stator, and has an inner peripheral surface including an abutting inner peripheral surface in contact with a top portion on the radially outer side of a core convex portion. An outer peripheral-side flow path through which a cooling medium is capable of flowing is formed between the core convex portions adjacent to each other in the peripheral direction. The outer peripheral-side flow path is defined by an outer peripheral surface of the core main body and the inner peripheral surface of the electric motor casing.

Electric motor, rotary drive system, and hydraulic excavator

An insulator includes a main body, a latching portion, and a slot. The main body covers a portion of a stator core around which a coil is wound to insulate the stator core from the coil. The latching portion is disposed at an end of a portion of the main body around which the coil is wound to latch the coil onto the main body. The slot is formed so as to expose the coil at a portion of the latching portion on a side where cooling oil for cooling the coil is supplied to the coil.

Provided are a seat belt retractor and a seat belt apparatus, which can reduce the emanation of abutment noise upon switching of a clutch. A first embodiment of a seat belt retractor according to the present invention includes a spool for retracting a webbing W to restrain an occupant, a motor for generating drive torque to rotate the spool, a power transmission means for transmitting the drive torque of the motor to the spool, a clutch for connecting or disconnecting the power transmission means and the spool, and a casing for housing the clutch and the power transmission means. The clutch has a pawl rotatably connected to the casing, an actuating pin for rotating the pawl in conjunction with the power transmission means, and a stopper portion for limiting the rotation of the actuating pin.

Winding method of electric motor, electric motor and seatbelt device provided therewith

When forming a dowel section by performing press working on each of portions constituting side walls of a buckle base member, a die having a negative clearance with a punch portion () is used whose length or diameter is larger than a length or diameter of a die portion (). The dowel section is required as a guide for a tongue inserted into a buckle and as a load receiver when a latch member is elongated at a time of collision etc. When a ratio C/t of a clearance C between the punch portion and the die portion with respect to a plate thickness t of the buckle base member is set within a range of &#x2212;(30 to 5) %, no crack is generated in the root of the dowel section, and the dowel section of a shear cross-section length &#x2267;0.25&#xd7;t, a shear cross-section starting height &#x2267;0.7&#xd7;t, and a height of (0.70 to 0.95)&#xd7;t is easily obtained, and the perpenducularity of the dowel section side surface is enhanced.

Dowel forming method for buckle base member

A buckle that is compact in a longitudinal direction and uses an unlatching force that may be effectively applied to a latch member when releasing a tongue from a buckle. The buckle is configured so that as an operation button is manipulated in the unlatching direction from a state in which a tongue and a latching portion of a latch member are latched, the slider moves so that the inclined face of a pressed portion of the slider comes in contact with the inclined face of a pressing portion of an ejector and presses the ejector. Then, the ejector is spaced from the tongue and the biasing force of an ejector spring is effectively applied to the latch member via the ejector and the slider in the unlatching direction. An unlatching force is thereby applied to the latch member so that the latch member pivots in the unlatching direction, causing release of the tongue.

Seat belt apparatus and buckle

A shock-proof device disposed in a buckle includes at least a latch member for engaging a tongue so as to latch the tongue; a release button for releasing the tongue from the latch member; and an inertia lever with a rotation shaft rotatably arranged for preventing the release button from moving at least in a release direction of the release button by abutting against the release button. The shock-proof device further includes torque-difference generating mechanism for generating a torque difference between a first torque and a second torque. The first torque is applied to the inertia lever when the inertial force is applied to the release button and the inertia lever in the release direction of the release button. The second torque is applied to the inertia lever when the inertial force is applied to the release button and the inertia lever in the non-release direction of the release button.

Shock-proof device, buckle having the shock proof device, and seatbelt apparatus having the buckle

A buckle is formed of a base having two side walls, a cover for accommodating and supporting the base, and having a tongue insertion hole formed at one end side of the two side walls of the base, and guide portions provided on each of the two side walls to protrude inwardly therefrom for leading a tongue to be inserted through the tongue insertion hole. The guide portions lead a tip of the tongue smoothly without blocking even when the tongue is inserted from the tongue insertion hole at a maximum slant posture defined by the tongue insertion hole relative to the buckle. The tongue can be smoothly inserted into the buckle to improve the manipulation feeling in inserting the tongue.

In a buckle for a seat belt, lower ends of side walls of an operational button is positioned at a level lower than lower ends of guide portions of a base, and an upper surface of a portion of a lower cover defining a tongue-insertion opening is positioned at a level higher than an upper surface of a bottom of the base. Therefore, when a tongue is engaged with the buckle, an engaging portion of the tongue touches at least one of the side walls of the operational button made of resin, and the portion of the lower cover made of resin. Thus, the tongue is prevented from touching the guide portions and the bottom of the base made of metal, thereby preventing a noise due to the metal-to-metal contact when the tongue is inserted into the buckle and engaged with the buckle. Therefore, a jar on an occupant's nerve when wearing the seat belt can be avoided.

Buckle with noise prevention mechanism

A buckle is provided with a non-contact buckle switch improved in durability to be securely operated. The non-contact buckle switch is switched by detecting a movement of one of an ejector, latch member and lock member of the buckle. The buckle switch includes a magnet and a Hall element for generating an electromotive force by a magnetic field of the magnet. One of the magnet and the Hall element is attached to a fixed member, and the other of the magnet and the Hall element is attached to one of the ejector, latch member and lock member.

Buckle with non-contact switch

In a latched state of a buckle in which a tongue is engaged, an inertia lever member of a movement preventing device enters into a path of a lock pin. When the buckle is pulled by a buckle pretensioner in this state, the inertia lever member moves in the longitudinal direction, and pressed portions of the inertia lever member are held by a holding portion, so that the inertia lever member does not pivot and the levers are thus held in the path of the lock pin. At the end of pretensioning, the buckle is stopped. Since the moment produced by the inertia force acting on the center of gravity of mass body of the movement preventing device is larger than the moment produced by the inertia force of an operational button, the inertia lever member does not pivot, so that the inertia lever member can be held in the path of the lock pin. In the buckle, the inertia release can be effectively prevented with a simple structure.
