Provided are: a transport conveyor that makes it possible to reduce the maintenance frequency thereof; and a V-shaped transport mechanism including the transport conveyor. The transport conveyor includes: a first pulley that rotates about a first rotating shaft; a second pulley that rotates about a second rotating shaft; a pair of frames that support the first rotating shaft and the second rotating shaft; and a conveyor belt wound around, and extending between, the first pulley and the second pulley. At least one frame of the pair of frames is configured as an offset frame including offset supports, the offset supports supporting the first rotating shaft and the second rotating shaft at respective positions that are located inward of both ends of the conveyor belt in a width direction thereof.

Transport conveyor and V-shaped transport mechanism including the same

A combination scale is provided that includes a plurality of weighing conveyers arranged in a row, a collection conveyer, and a protective cover. The weighing conveyers transports items to be weighed that are manually supplied. The collection conveyer transports the items discharged from the weighing conveyers along a direction of arrangement of the weighing conveyers. The protective cover is disposed on an outer side of transport-starting ends in a direction of transport of the weighing conveyers. The protective cover extends in the direction of arrangement of the weighing conveyers. The protective cover is supported in a manner that is rotatable to and from two positions; a closing position at which the protective cover faces the transport-starting ends in the direction of transport, and an opening position at which the protective cover is rotated outward.

A conveyer for transport is provided that is equipped with a driving roller disposed on one side in a direction of transport, a driven roller disposed on the other side in the direction of transport, a conveyer frame to which the driving roller and the driven roller are mountable, and a conveyer belt wound around the driving roller and the driven roller. The conveyer frame includes a pair of side plates that axially supports both ends of the driving roller and of the driven roller, and a top plate that slides along and contacts an inner peripheral surface of the conveyer belt. The top plate has a plurality of openings.

A combination weigher according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises a plurality of weighing conveyors which are manually fed with objects and conveys the objects fed manually; a plurality of weight sensors to correspond to the weighing conveyors to measure weights of the objects; a control section which finds a discharge combination including a combination of the weighing conveyors holding the objects in which a total weight thereof falls within a target weight range, and activates the weighing conveyors selected to make up the discharge combination to convey the objects on the weighing conveyors in a first direction and discharge the objects from the weighing conveyors; and a collecting conveyor which is fed with the objects discharged from the one ends of the weighing conveyors, conveys the objects in a direction, and discharges the objects.

A combination weigher comprises a collecting conveyor which conveys objects and discharges the objects; a plurality of weighing conveyors configured to convey the objects fed thereto and discharge the objects, to feed the objects to the collecting conveyor apparatus; a plurality of weight sensors for measuring weights of the objects held on the weighing conveyors; and a control section which finds a discharge combination including a combination of the weighing conveyors holding the objects in which a total weight thereof falls within a target weight range, based on the measured weight values of the weight sensors and activates the weighing conveyors selected to make up the discharge combination to convey the objects on the weighing conveyors and discharge the objects, wherein a conveying speed of the collecting conveyor apparatus is set higher than a conveying speed of the weighing conveyors.
