A power supply device includes: an oscillation unit for outputting a high frequency signal; a modulation unit for outputting a pulsed high frequency signal; a level adjustment unit for adjusting and outputting a level of the pulsed high frequency signal; a power amplifier for amplifying a power outputted from the level adjustment unit; an output power detection unit for detecting an output power value from the power amplifier; and a control unit. The control unit corrects and outputs a level control signal for controlling the level of the pulsed high frequency signal based on a corresponding correction factor at each of elapsed times in an on state of the pulsed high frequency signal, and compares comparison values in a current pulse and a previous pulse to update the correction factor such that comparison result between the set power value and the output power value becomes smaller at each reflection coefficient.

Power supply device and method for plasma generation

A power supply circuit includes: a push-pull amplifier unit which amplifies an input signal with a push-pull amplification protocol; a variable power supply unit which varies, with a control signal, the voltage level of a power supply voltage which is supplied to the push-pull amplifier; a switch control unit which, on the basis of the input signal, outputs the control signal which controls the voltage level of the power supply voltage; and a timing control unit which applies a specified time delay to the input signal. When the control signal rises, the switch control unit causes the control signal to rise at a faster timing, according to the voltage level switch transition timing, than a delay time upon the timing control unit, and when the control signal falls, the switch control unit causes the control signal to fall at the timing of the delay time.

Power supply circuit

An amplifier capable of lowering an electrical current flowing in a peak amplifier before a carrier amplifier becomes saturated to thereby improve the efficiency of an entirety of the amplifier is provided. The amplifier includes a carrier amplifier circuit having an amplifying element operable in class-AB or class-B, and a plurality of peak amplifier circuits which have amplifying elements operating in class-B or class-C and which are arranged to start an operation in stages in response to an input level. An output of the carrier amplifier circuit and outputs of the peak amplifier circuits are combined together for signal output. One of the peak amplifier circuits which is rendered operative at the lowest input level is smaller in saturation output than the carrier amplifier circuit.

Amplifier apparatus

A power circuit used for an amplifier, which includes an amplifier provided with a linear amplifier serving as a voltage source, a DC/DC converter serving as a current source, a hysteresis comparator controlling the DC/DC converter, and a current detector detecting output current from the linear amplifier to output the detected output current to the hysteresis comparator; and a switching restricting device for restricting a switching interval in the DC/DC converter such that the switching interval is not equal to or less than a constant time or is not shorter than the constant time.

Power circuit used for an amplifier

A high frequency power amplifier includes an amplifying device for amplifying an input high frequency signal, a harmonic reflection circuit for reflecting a harmonic outputted from the amplifying device, and a harmonic generating circuit provided at an input terminal of the amplifying device, the harmonic generating circuit including a divider for dividing an input signal of a fundamental wave into two parts, a harmonic generator for generating a second harmonic from one part of the fundamental wave signal, and a combiner for combining the second harmonic generated from the harmonic generator with the other part of the fundamental wave signal to offer a combined signal to the amplifying device, wherein the harmonic reflection circuit reflects the second harmonic.

High frequency power amplifier

An amplifying apparatus includes a splitting unit for splitting an input signal into a first split signal and a second split signal; phase-shifting unit for phase-shifting the first split signal and the second split signal, respectively; a first amplifying unit for amplifying a first phase-shifted signal and outputting the signal as a first output signal; a second amplifying unit for amplifying, in a substantially identical manner to the first amplifying unit, a second phase-shifted signal and outputting the signal as a second output signal; and a matching unit for matching the first output signal and the second output signal to a first transmission unit and a second transmission unit, respectively. The first transmission unit is for transmitting the first output signal from the matching unit to a load resistor, and the second transmission unit is for transmitting the second output signal from the matching unit to the load resistor.

LINC amplifying device

A distortion compensation apparatus includes distortion generating means for generating distortions to compensate for a distortion generated in an amplifier. The distortion generating means includes a nonlinear circuithaving an input/output expansion characteristic as a circuit which generates a distortion of the lowest odd order as a compensation target and also includes a nonlinear circuithaving an input/output saturation characteristic as a circuit which generates a distortion of another odd order as a compensation target.

Distortion compensation apparatus

A pneumatic tire production system comprises production lines each including a green tire building station for assembling unvulcanized members of pneumatic tires into green tires. The green tires are vulcanized at a vulcanizing station which includes at least one vulcanizing unit equipped with a plurality of vulcanizing molds. The number of the vulcanizing mold is determined so as to satisfy the vulcanizing capacity which is substantially equivalent to the number of green tires formed at the building station within a predetermined unit time. The system serves to minimize the intermediate stock amount of green tires due to minimized changeover between different types of tires to be alternately produced.

Production system for pneumatic tires

A vulcanizing system including a tire transferring apparatus or a mold opening/closing station arranged equidistantly to a plurality of vulcanizing stations, thereby achieving a reduced equipment cost and a reduced installation space with a higher manufacturing efficiency.

Tire vulcanizing system and tire manufacturing method to be used therefor

A mold exchanger system includes a transfer device for transferring a mold into, and from a vulcanizing machine. The transfer device has a height adjusting mechanism for adjusting the transferring height of the mold, and a positioning mechanism for positioning the mold relative to the vulcanizing machine. The mold exchanger system has a simplified structure and yet allows the mold to be precisely centered and positioned relative to the vulcanizing machine, and to be smoothly transferred into, and removed from the vulcanizing machine, and significantly reducing the transfer time and the removing time to thereby improve the mold exchanging efficiency.

Mold exchanger system for tire vulcanizing machine

A vulcanizing machine for producing pneumatic tires includes an exchangeable segmented mold comprised of tread mold pieces for defining the outer contour of a tire tread portion, and upper and lower side mold members engaged with the tread mold pieces, for defining the outer contours of the sidewall portions. The tread mold pieces are detachably connected to connector segments which are slidably engaged with a container ring so that vertical movement of the container ring causes radial movement of the connector segments relative to the tread mold pieces. After production of tires of a predetermined size has been completed, the mold is removed from the machine by moving the container ring upwards to disconnect the connector segments from the tread mold pieces, and disconnecting the upper side mold member from a top plate of the machine. Another segmented mold for tires of a different size is incorporated into the machine, by placing and centering the mold relative to the machine, moving the container ring downwards to connect the connector segments to the tread mold pieces, and connecting the top plate to the upper side mold member. The mold can be efficiently exchanged with respect to the machine under a high temperature condition, thereby improving the manufacturing productivity of tires.

Vulcanizing machine with segmented mold

In a cylindrical tire forming member building method or apparatus, after the front end portion of a belt-shaped material is pressed against the drum, the belt-shaped material is wound on the drum while being centered, and with the central portion of the rear end portion of the belt-shaped material pressed against the drum with a robot hand, both edge portions of the rear end portion of the belt-shaped material are elongated longitudinally and pressed against the drum with the robot hand, so that the front and rear ends of the belt-shaped material are butt-joined without forming a gap therebetween or without being overlapped.

Cylindrical tire forming member manufacturing method and apparatus
