An object of the present invention is to provide a novel monolayer and multilayer film that can be employed also for use in interior and exterior members of vehicles, and that have excellent transparency, surface hardness, chemical resistance, and stain resistance such as lactic acid resistance and sunscreen resistance. The present invention is directed to a fluororesin film formed with (C) a fluororesin comprising (B) a fluorinated (meth)acrylic resin that contains a fluorine-containing alkyl(meth)acrylate polymer component; and a fluororesin-laminated acrylic resin film, wherein the fluororesin film layer is laminated on at least one face of a film layer comprising (A) an acrylic resin.

Disclosed herein is an acrylic resin film having excellent heat resistance and mechanical strength, less fish-eyes, and high transparency. The acrylic resin film is obtained by molding a resin composition containing a glutarimide acrylic resin (G) and a (meth)acrylic resin (F) obtained by polymerization of a vinyl group-containing compound in the presence of alkyl acrylate-based cross-linked elastic particles having an average particle size of less than 80 nm.

Biodegradable resin composition and molded article of the same

Disclosed is a resin composition excellent in impact resistance, tensile properties and processability such as draw down property, which is produced by using a plant-derived biodegradable polymer produced by actively fixing carbon dioxide present in the earth. A resin composition excellent in molding processability, comprising (A) a biodegradable (3-hydroxyalkanoate) copolymer having a recurring unit represented by the formula (1): [&#x2014;CHR&#x2014;CH&#x2014;CO&#x2014;O&#x2014;] (wherein R represents an alkyl group represented by the formula CHand n is an integer of 1 to 15) and 0.1 to 100 parts by weight, based on 100 parts by weight of (A) the biodegradable (3-hydroxyalkanoate) copolymer, of (B) an acrylic modifier having a weight average molecular weight (Mw) of 500,000 to 10,000,000.

The novel thermoplastic elastomer composition of the present invention, which comprises an isobutylene block copolymer (A) containing a polymer block composed predominantly of isobutylene and a polymer block composed predominantly of an aromatic vinyl compound and an alkenyl-terminated isobutylene polymer (B), is highly flexible, and satisfactory in good moldability, rubber-like characteristics, mechanical strengths, permanent compression set characteristics and vibration damping properties.

The present invention provides a thermoplastic elastomer composition which is not only satisfactory in rubber-like characteristics and moldability but also satisfactory in both permanent compression set and vibration damping properties and comprises an unsaturated bond-containing isobutylene polymer (A) and an olefinic resin (B).

An object of the present invention is to provide a thermoplastic elastomer composition which is highly flexible while maintaining vibration damping properties, as a feature of an isobutylene polymer, and is excellent in moldability and rubber-like properties, and also has particularly improved permanent compression set. The object is achieved by a thermoplastic elastomer composition comprising (A) a composition obtained by crosslinking an isobutylene polymer having an alkenyl group at the molecular ends with a hydrosilyl group-containing compound while melt-kneading in the presence of at least one kind selected from an aromatic vinyl-containing thermoplastic elastomer and an olefinic resin, and (B) at least one kind selected from the group consisting of an aromatic vinyl-containing thermoplastic elastomer and an olefinic resin.

A cycloolefin copolymer resin composition having well-balanced transparency and impact resistance which comprises (A) a cycloolefin copolymer and (B) 1 to 100 parts by weight, per 100 parts by weight of said cycloolefin copolymer, of at least one rubber-like polymer selected from the group consisting of (B1) an aromatic vinyl-isobutylene copolymer and (B2) an aromatic vinyl-conjugated diene copolymer, wherein the difference in refractive index (nD) at 20&deg; C. between the components (A) and (B) is at most 0.015 and the particle size of the component (B) dispersed in the component (A) is from 0.4 to 3 &mgr;m. The composition may further contain a core-shell polymer (C), whereby the impact resistance can be further improved. The composition is prepared by kneading the above components at an elevated temperature optionally in the presence of an organic peroxide.
