A vehicle-use transmission includes a transmission case accommodating a transmission mechanism; and a power extraction case linked to a side wall of the transmission case and accommodating a gear type power extraction mechanism linked to a power extraction shaft of the transmission mechanism. The power extraction case includes: a gear accommodation chamber for accommodating the gear type power extraction mechanism; and an intermediate transmission chamber for establishing fluid communication between the gear accommodation chamber and the inside of the transmission case. The power extraction case is provided with an oil communication passage for establishing fluid communication between the inside of the transmission case and the gear accommodation chamber.

Transmission

A V-belt type continuously variable transmission is provided with a transmission case attached to an engine and forms an outer shape, comprising: an air intake duct provided with an air intake port arranged on an engine side; and an air intake duct connection port arranged in a side wall on the engine side of the transmission case and connected to the air intake duct, the air intake duct connection port being inclined relative to the side wall.

V-belt type continuously variable transmission

A transmission apparatus includes a case, a gear transmission housed in the case, an intra-shaft oil passage formed in a rotating shaft, an oil supplying passage for supplying oil to the intra-shaft oil passage, a guide plate facing an axial end surface of a gear with a predetermined distance in the axial direction of the gear, which is clipped in oil in the case; and an oil passage formed between the one end surface and the guide plate. The oil passage extends along an outer periphery of the one end surface.

Speed change apparatus of vehicle

Provided is a V-belt type continuously variable transmission constructed such as to accommodate in a transmission case a transmission mechanism including: a drive shaft connected to an engine flywheel and provided with a drive pulley; a driven shaft provided with a driven pulley; and a V-belt wound around between the drive pulley and the driven pulley, the V-belt type continuously variable transmission comprising: an air intake chamber for introducing cooling air to surroundings of the drive shaft; and a flywheel cover for covering at least a periphery of the flywheel located in the air intake chamber.

A transmission includes: a counter low-gear with a low-gear body and a boss fit into the low-gear body so that driving force can be transmitted, and provided with dog-claws and an expanded part at one axial end and that is axially non-movably and rotatably fit around a counter shaft. A counter high-gear with a high-gear body is arranged in the one side from the low-gear body and with a cylinder including dog-claws at the one axial end thereof and is axially non-movably and rotatably fit around the boss. A shift sleeve is axially movably spline-fit around the counter shaft, and is arranged in the one side from the counter high-gear and that includes dog-claws capable of engaging with the dog-claws of the gears. The high-gear body is axially non-movably arranged between the low-gear body and the expanded part.

Gear structure of transmission

A vehicle-use transmission includes: an input shaft into which a driving force from an engine is inputted; a power extraction shaft for transmitting the driving force of the input shaft to front wheels; a transmission mechanism for transmitting the driving force of the input shaft to rear wheels; and a rear-wheel intermediate shaft provided in a power transmission path between the power extraction shaft and the transmission mechanism. The rear-wheel intermediate shaft transmits the driving force through a helical gear attached to the rear-wheel intermediate shaft. Further, the rear-wheel intermediate shaft is supported by tapered roller bearings.

In a V-belt type continuously variable transmission for utility vehicle, a transmission case assembly covering a drive pulley assembly and a driven pulley assembly is provided. The transmission case assembly includes a transmission case main body, and a transmission cover attached to a cover attachment surface of the transmission case main body. The cover attachment surface is inclined with respect to a vertical plane which is orthogonal to a crankshaft, and the transmission cover is attached to the cover attachment surface by a plurality of bolts removed and inserted in the direction orthogonal to the cover attachment surface.

A speed change apparatus for a vehicle includes a gear transmission, a shift lever device arranged in a zone where a driver on a driver's seat can operate the shift lever device, and an operation force transmission mechanism. The shift lever device is provided with a detent mechanism for positioning and holding the shift lever at each shift position, and an operation force transmission mechanism is constituted by a push pull cable.

The present invention is a shift device for switching a dog clutch mechanism in a transmission, comprising: a shift shaft capable of moving in an axial direction; a shift member capable of moving in the axial direction within a predetermined waiting stroke range; an elastic member holder for a waiting mechanism; and an elastic member provided in outside of the shift shaft in a radial direction so as to be compressed and expanded between the elastic member holder and the shift member, wherein the elastic member biases the shift member toward one side in the axial direction.

Shift device for transmission

An engine and a transmission are connected to each other via a connecting bracket interposed therebetween in the vehicular lengthwise direction. The engine is provided with a first connector having a first mounting hole substantially parallel to a vehicle lengthwise direction, and a first tightening member to be inserted into the first mounting hole on a side opposite to the engine connects the first end of the connecting bracket to the first connector. The transmission is provided with a second connector having a second mounting hole penetrating in a vehicular widthwise direction, and a second tightening member to be inserted into the second mounting hole connects the second end of the connecting bracket to the second connector.

Utility vehicle

A V-belt type continuously variable transmission includes a drive pulley assembly provided on a drive shaft, a driven pulley assembly provided on a driven shaft, a V-belt looped over both the pulley assemblies, and a transmission case assembly housing both the pulley assemblies and the V-belt. One end of the drive shaft in the shaft direction is coupled to an output side rotation member of a centrifugal clutch, and the other end of the drive shaft is rotatably supported on a boss portion formed in the transmission case assembly.

A power unit for a vehicle including an engine configured to drive the vehicle, a transaxle coupled to a drive wheel, a power transmission system which is coupled to the engine and to the transaxle and is configured to transmit a rotational force output from the engine to the transaxle, and a base plate fastened to the engine and to the transaxle so as to cover a lower surface of the engine and a lower surface of the transaxle.
