An all-solid-state battery includes a positive electrode layer including a positive electrode current collector layer and a positive electrode active material layer provided on the positive electrode current collector layer, a negative electrode layer including a negative electrode current collector layer and a negative electrode active material layer provided on the negative electrode current collector layer, and a solid electrolyte layer which is arranged between the positive electrode layer and the negative electrode layer and contains a solid electrolyte, wherein the all-solid-state battery includes a power storage unit in which the positive electrode layer and the negative electrode layer face each other with the solid electrolyte layer therebetween and an exterior unit, and wherein the exterior unit has an ion conductivity of 10S/cm or less.

All-solid-state battery

An all-solid lithium ion secondary battery includes a laminate including a positive electrode layer, a negative electrode layer which is alternately laminated with the positive electrode layer, a solid electrolyte which is interposed at least between the positive electrode layer and the negative electrode layer, and an insulating outermost layer which is positioned at both ends in a lamination direction and does not contain lithium ions.

All-solid lithium ion secondary battery

A solid-state secondary battery includes: a positive electrode layer; a negative electrode layer; a solid-state electrolyte layer; and side margin layers arranged side by side on outer circumferences of the positive electrode layer and the negative electrode layer. The solid-state secondary battery is made of a laminated body obtained by alternately laminating the positive electrode layer of which the side margin layer arranged on the outer circumference thereof and the negative electrode layer of which the side margin layer arranged on the outer circumference thereof with the solid-state electrolyte layer arranged therebetween, and when the porosity of the side margin layers is defined as φand the porosity of the solid-state electrolyte layer is defined as φ, the porosity ratio (φ/φ) satisfies the following Expression (1); 0.5≤(φ/φ)<1 . . . (1).

Solid-state secondary battery

An all-solid lithium ion secondary battery includes a pair of electrodes and a solid electrolyte provided between the pair of electrodes. At least one of the pair of electrodes includes an active-material layer and an intermediate layer. An active material constituting the active-material layer has a core-shell structure which has a core region and a shell region and a composition of the intermediate layer is intermediate between the solid electrolyte and the shell region.

A lithium ion-conducting solid electrolyte containing at least one metallic element selected from the group made of Zn, Ca, Mg, and Cu within a range of 0.01% by mass to 3.0% by mass, and a solid-state lithium ion rechargeable battery containing this lithium ion-conducting solid electrolyte.

An all-solid-state secondary battery has a positive electrode collector, a positive electrode active material layer, a negative electrode active material layer, a negative electrode collector, and a solid electrolyte. The solid electrolyte has an interlayer solid electrolyte located between the positive electrode active material layer and the negative electrode active material layer, and the all-solid-state secondary battery further includes a trapping layer that traps a metal of which at least one of the positive electrode collector and the negative electrode collector is formed.

Li-ion conductive oxide ceramic material including garnet-type or similar crystal structure

A garnet-type Li-ion conductive oxide contains Li, La, Zr, and oxygen and contains at least one type of element among elements represented by M1, M2, M3, and M4. M1, M2, M3, and M4 are as follows: M1: One or more types of elements selected from the group consisting of Mg, Ca, Sr, Ba, and Zn; M2: One or more types of elements selected from the group consisting of Al, Ga, Co, Fe, and Y; M3: One or more types of elements selected from the group consisting of Sn and Ge; and M4: One or more types of elements selected from the group consisting of Ta and Nb.

Garnet-type li-ion conductive oxide

A garnet-type Li-ion conductive oxide containing LiLaZrO(6&#x2266;x&#x2266;8) contains Al and element T (T is one or more from Ni, Cu, Co, and Fe). The content of Al is, in terms of AlO, 2.5 mol %&#x2266;AlO&#x2266;15 mol % with respect to a total amount of LiLaZrOcontained in the garnet-type Li-ion conductive oxide. The content of element T is 25 mol %&#x2266;T&#x2266;100 mol % with respect to the total amount of LiLaZrOcontained in the garnet-type Li-ion conductive oxide.

Garnet-type Li-ion conductive oxide and all-solid Li-ion secondary battery

A dielectric ceramic composition comprising a main component and at least one or more subcomponent elements has a dielectric particle and a grain boundary. The dielectric particle has a main component phase substantially composed of the main component, and a diffusive phase around the main component phase where at least one selected from the subcomponent elements is diffused, a local minimal value of Cs is located at an outside edge side with respect to a position of the local maximum value of Cs, and Cs is increased from a position of the local minimal value of Cs toward the outside edge, when the dielectric particle is cut on an arbitrary cutting plane including the main component phase, and Cs is defined as a concentration of one or more elements selected from the subcomponent elements in an arbitrary position in the dielectric particle.

Dielectric ceramic composition

A multilayer ceramic electronic component comprises an element body obtained by stacking dielectric layers (thickness t1) and electrode layers (thickness t2). The dielectric layer includes a compound expressed by ABO(A includes Ba, and may include Ca or Sr; and B includes Ti, and may include Zr or Hf), and includes 0.75 to 2.0 moles of MgO, 0.4 to 1.0 mole of an oxide of Y, Dy, Ho and the like in terms of the oxide, and 0.4 to 0.8 mole of SiOper 100 moles of the compound. A dielectric ceramic composition of the invention comprises: BaTiOas a main component, MgO: 0.50 to 3.0 moles, MnO: 0.05 to 0.5 moles, oxide (REO) of element selected from Sm, Eu, and Gd, oxide (REO) of element selected from Tb and Dy, oxide (REO) of element selected from Y, Ho, Er, Yb, Tm and Lu, BaZrO: 0.20 to 1.0 moles, and oxide of element selected from V, Ta, Mo, Nb, and W: 0.05 to 0.25 moles as subcomponents wherein each subcomponent is calculated as a conversion of an oxide or composite oxide, with respect to 100 moles of the main component, and contents of said REO, REOand REOsatisfy REO&#x3c;REOand (REO+REO)&#x2266;REO.
