A sealing member including a main body having a generally rectangular shape in cross-section and a first sealing member that extends from a first end of the main body in a first direction. The first sealing member is made of a foamed material. The sealing member further includes a groove touch member that extends from a side of the main body in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction; and wherein the groove touch member extends beyond an extent the first sealing member extends in the second direction. The sealing member further includes a lip member positioned at the first end of the main body; and a second sealing member that extends from the lip member.

Sealing member for a door hole cap

A door hole cap having a sealing member to maintain water stopping performance of the door hole cap and reduce manufacturing costs. The door hole cap includes: a capping member having a groove that is recessed toward an inside of a vehicle and the sealing member attached to the groove. The groove is formed along an entire perimeter of the capping member. The sealing member includes: a main body section to be inserted into the groove; a first sealing section which extends from the main body section and which abuts a door inner panel; and a groove touch section which extends from the main body section toward an inner surface of the groove and which abuts the inner surface.

Door hole cap and sealing member

In a state in which a plurality of door hole seals are stacked on top of each other, the door hole seals are prevented from being bonded to each other without the need to use a release paper. Each of the door hole seals has a main body part and an adhesive part, wherein the main body part has a protrusion provided thereon at a position that is different from a position at which the adhesive part is arranged, and the protrusion has a height greater than a thickness of the adhesive part.

Glass run for automobile door

A glass run for guiding a door glass in a frame includes: a body having a substantially U-shaped cross-section including an outer-cabin side wall, an inner-cabin side wall longer than the outer-cabin side wall in cross section and a connecting wall which connects the side walls; an outer lip and an inner lip which are slidably brought into contact with the door glass; and a holding lip which extends from an end part of the inner-cabin side wall for fastening an inner-cabin side part of the frame together with the inner-cabin side wall. A noise insulation wall protrudes at least on the end part of the inner-cabin side wall for closing a concave space between an inner-cabin side surface of the door glass and the inner-cabin side wall.

Glass run

Two sheets of nonwoven fabric with the same shape and size each including a rectangular bodyand a funnel-shaped projectionprojecting from one side of the bodyare stacked, and bonded together by heat welding at each side of the bodyexcept the projectionand both sides of the projection. Joint portions, andprojecting inward from a jointare located on three sides and four corners of the bodyexcept the side provided with the projection, and project to depths at which the joints do not interfere insertion of a nozzleinto a center portion of the bag. The nozzleis inserted through an openingof the projection, and the bag is filled with a granular elastic material. Then, the projectionis removed, and the opening is closed.
