The processing circuitry is configured to acquire examination records of X-ray examinations performed on a plurality of patients; based on the acquired examination record, count the number of examinations for each content of X-ray examination used for each of the patients before a diagnosis is made, for a certain disease; and output whether there is a significant difference between the number of examinations for each content of X-ray examination serving as a reference, and the number of examinations for each content of X-ray examination counted by a first counting unit.
