A handgrip for a skiing pole and a handstrap fastened to the same, the handstrap including an opisthenar-surrounding strap portion () which attaches to a handgrip () by way of transmission straps () extending under the palm and thumb. The transmission straps () are guided inside the handgrip through slots () present on opposite lateral surfaces of the handgrip and inclined obliquely downward on the way towards the rear side of the handgrip. Above the slots (), the strap runs are secured between a wedge-shaped clamping element () and the internal walls of a cavity present within the top end of the handgrip.

The object of the invention is a pole provided with a quick-releasing interchangeable lateral support extension, especially a walking, skiing, alpine skiing or other sports pole. Around the lower end of the pole ( ) is injection molded a sleeve socket ( ) from which a guide projection ( ) and a locking projection ( ) protrude. The lateral support extension sleeve ( ) includes a resilient tongue ( ), below which there is a receiving aperture ( ) for the locking projection ( ). The sleeve also includes a guide groove ( ) for receiving the guide projection ( ). The lateral support extension ( ) is easy to detach by turning the resilient tongue ( ) outwards.

A harness for securing a hand to a ski-pole grip, the harness including a thumb hole, a protector element extending from an area between a thumb and a forefinger of the hand to a wrist area, surrounding at least partially a thumb-side outer edge of the hand, and at least one wrist-encircling tightening strap, wherein the protector is provided with at least one adjustment strap, extending in a substantially wrist-encircling direction and fitted with a fastening buckle which is intended for cooperation with the tightening strap and whose position along the adjustment strap is adjustable longitudinally of the adjustment strap according to a size of the hand.

A shaft for an indoor bandy stick, comprising a hollow tube. The tube has a substantially circular bottom end which turns elliptical when progressing upwards while the tube expands conically. The ellipse has a major axis (a) which at its maximum is at least about 15%, preferably about 30% longer than its minor axis and the conicity is such that the diameter of the ellipse parallel to the major axis (a) increases at least about 30%, preferably about 50% or more and the diameter parallel to the minor axis (b) increases 0-30%.
