The instructions cause the computer to perform the steps of: determining a unit parameter of each of a plurality of units, group information being associated with each unit and indicating a group, among a plurality of groups, to which the unit belongs; deploying the units on a field, divided into regions, in the battle game; varying the unit parameter of a first unit on the field based on the group information associated with the first unit and the group information associated with a second unit on the field, the second unit having a predetermined positional relationship with the first unit; and conducting a battle between the first unit and other units using the varied unit parameter.
