A work vehicle includes a vehicle body, a travel device, a driving source, and a cooling device. The travel device is provided below the vehicle body. The driving source is disposed in a front part of the vehicle body. The driving source generates driving power for the travel device. The cooling device is disposed on one side in the vehicle width direction of the vehicle body and rearward of the driving source.

Work vehicle

A tractor includes an air cleaner and a passageway arranged to surround the air cleaner. Alternatively, tractor includes a maintenance equipment, an engine, a top plate covering the engine, and a floor section disposed at a position lower than the top plate and in a non-overlapping position with the engine as seen from above. In this tractor, the maintenance equipment is disposed on the floor section.

Tractor

A crawler belt-type tractor includes a vehicle body, a travel device, an engine, and a fuel tank. The travel device is attached to the vehicle body. The travel device includes a crawler belt. The engine generates driving power for driving the travel device. The fuel tank is disposed in a rear portion of the vehicle body. The fuel tank stores fuel for the engine. The rear end of the fuel tank is positioned rearward of the rear end of the crawler belt.

Crawler belt-type tractor

A lift cylinder is attached to a center part of a vehicle body in a vehicle width direction. The lift cylinder causes a work implement to move up and down. A supporting member is attached to the center part of the vehicle body in the vehicle width direction and extends upward from the vehicle body. An imaging device is supported by the supporting member and captures images of a region in front of the vehicle body. A penetrating part is formed in the supporting member. The lift cylinder is disposed through the penetrating part.

A tractor includes a vehicle body, an engine, a cooling device, a fan, and a first exterior member. The engine is disposed on the front side of the vehicle body. The cooling device is disposed behind the engine. The fan is arranged to produce cooling air for the cooling device. The first exterior member is disposed on the front side of the vehicle body and covers the engine, the cooling device, and the fan. A first discharge port is arranged to discharge the cooling air and is provided in a first side surface of the first exterior member. The front side surface is positioned on a first side in the vehicle left-right direction. The front surface of the first exterior member includes no opening.

An exhaust gas treatment unit includes an exhaust gas treatment device, a bracket and a connecting pipe. The exhaust gas treatment device is mounted on a bracket. The connecting pipe is connected to the exhaust gas treatment device. The connecting pipe directs exhaust gas to the exhaust gas treatment device. The connecting pipe may include a supporting portion and a pipe portion, with the supporting portion supporting the bracket and the pipe portion being integrated with the supporting portion. Alternatively, the exhaust gas treatment unit may further include a supporting member having a supporting portion supporting the bracket and a pipe portion integrated with the supporting portion, with the pipe portion connected to the connecting pipe.

Exhaust gas treatment unit

An engine unit includes an engine, an exhaust gas treatment device and a connecting pipe. The engine has an exhaust gas port. The exhaust gas treatment device is arranged above the engine. The connecting pipe connects the exhaust gas port and the exhaust gas treatment device. The connecting pipe has an expandable-contractible bellows portion. The bellows portion has a linear form following the upward-downward direction. The lower end portion of the bellows portion is positioned lower than at least a part of the exhaust gas port.

Engine unit

An exhaust treatment unit for a work vehicle includes a selective catalytic reduction apparatus, a connection pipe, an ejection apparatus attached to the connection pipe, a first pipe section that guides coolant to the ejection apparatus, a second pipe section that discharges coolant from the ejection apparatus, first and second retaining sections, and a coolant pump. The ejection apparatus ejects reducing agent into exhaust supplied to the selective catalytic reduction apparatus. The first and second retaining sections retain coolant and are connected to the first and second pipe sections above the ejection apparatus, respectively. The coolant pump is driven by an engine driving force and supplies the coolant to the ejection apparatus via the first pipe section. The first and second pipe sections extend upward from first and second connecting sections of the first and second pipe sections and the ejection apparatus toward the first and second retaining sections, respectively.

Exhaust treatment unit and work vehicle having exhaust treatment unit

A bulldozer includes a cab and an engine hood. The cab has a foremost surface, and left and right front surfaces. The engine hood has an upper surface, left and right side surfaces, and flat first, second and third inclined surfaces. The first and second inclined surfaces contact the rear side of the upper surface and rear sides of the left and right side surfaces, and are inclined more obliquely to the right rear and left rear than the left and right side surfaces, respectively. The first, second and third inclined surfaces are inclined to face downward to the rear. The third inclined surface contacts the first and second inclined surfaces, and the upper surface. A window attached to the foremost surface is arranged in a vertical direction above first and second sides closest to the foremost surface out of sides constituting the first and second inclined surfaces, respectively.

Bulldozer

A bulldozer includes a cab, a fuel tank arranged to a rear of the cab, and first and second engaging members. The cab includes a driver seat and an air-conditioning cooling module projecting rearward from an upper end portion of the cab. The first and second engaging members are provided on the fuel tank, with each having an engaging part to engage onto a suspension member. The engaging part of the first engaging member is positioned on a first lateral side of a first straight line connecting a first lateral side end of the air-conditioning cooling module and a first lateral side end of the fuel tank. The engaging part of the second engaging member is positioned on a second lateral side of a second straight line connecting a second lateral side end of the air-conditioning cooling module, and a second lateral side end of the fuel tank.

A radiator grill is mounted on a work vehicle and includes a frame and a plate member. The plate member is supported by the frame and having a plurality of through-holes aligned in a first direction and a second direction orthogonal to the first direction. Each of the through-holes has a pair of circular parts aligned in the first direction, and an interconnecting part having a width in the second direction that is smaller than diameters of the circular parts, the interconnecting part interconnecting the circular parts. The through-holes are disposed alternately so that one of the circular parts of one of two adjacent ones of the through-holes adjacent to each other in the second direction is aligned with the interconnecting part of the other of the two adjacent ones of the through-holes in the second direction.

Radiator grill

A bulldozer includes an engine, first and second exhaust treatment apparatuses arranged above the engine, a relay connection pipe connecting the first and second apparatuses, and an engine hood covering upper parts of the first and second apparatuses. The relay connection pipe has a cylindrical shaped main section, a first section connecting the main section and the first apparatus, and a second section connecting the main section and the second apparatus. The lower end of the main section is positioned above upper ends of the first and second apparatuses. The upper surface of the hood has a convex section protruding above the relay connection pipe and a base section formed integrally with the convex section below the convex section. At least a portion of a line segment extending along the upper edge of the main section overlaps an upper surface part of the convex section in a bulldozer top view.

In the engine compartment of a bulldozer the radiator is arranged forward of the engine. An exhaust gas treatment unit is arranged above the engine. A first exhaust gas treatment device of the exhaust gas treatment unit is arranged such that the longitudinal direction of the first exhaust gas treatment device follows the forward-backward direction of the vehicle. A second exhaust gas treatment device of the exhaust gas treatment unit is positioned to the side of the first exhaust gas treatment device, and arranged such that the longitudinal direction of the first exhaust gas treatment device follows the forward-backward direction of the vehicle. The air cleaner is arranged between the radiator and the exhaust gas treatment unit in the forward-backward direction of the vehicle.

A bulldozer includes an engine, first and second exhaust treatment apparatuses, and an engine hood. The first and second apparatuses are arranged above the engine. The hood covers upper parts of the first and second apparatuses. Longitudinal directions of the first and second apparatuses extend along the vehicle front and back direction. The hood has an upper surface, left and right side surfaces, and first and second inclined surfaces. The first and second inclined surfaces contact the rear side of the upper surface and rear sides of the left and right side surfaces, respectively. The first and second inclined surfaces are inclined more obliquely to the right and left rear than the left and right side surfaces, respectively, and face downward to the rear. Front edges of the first and second inclined surfaces are positioned in front of rear edges of the first and second apparatuses.

A crawler-type vehicle undercarriage including a track frame, an idler, a sprocket, a crawler encompassing the idler, track rollers, and the sprocket and the idler, the sprocket and the track frame located to line up in a straight line comprising the crawler-type vehicle undercarriage comprising (i) an idler avoided from pivoting upwardly or downwardly relative to the track frame, (ii) a first arm pivotally mounted at the bottom of the track frame, and (iii) a second arm pivotally connected to end portion of the first arm. The track roller unit adjacent the sprocket is preferably pivoted about a pivot center of the first arm positioned at the bottom of the track frame and toward the idler relative to a pivot center of the second arm. The track roller travel improves a flexibility of the track roller to the crawler, and work in a high tractive force is carried out with the track rollers providing unchangeable real contact areas to the ground.
