The peening apparatus includes a processing tank, a table, a moving unit including a nozzle moving device, a quill, a first head having a mounting hole and disposed at a distal end of the quill, a motor and a first spindle exposed from the mounting hole, a nozzle head portion separable from the moving unit and including a second head having a connection port connected to the mounting hole, a connecting shaft connected to the first spindle, a second spindle, a nozzle disposed below the second spindle, a nozzle flow path penetrating inside the second spindle and connected to the nozzle to be opened to an upper end of the second spindle, and a swivel joint disposed at an upper end portion of the second spindle and connected to the nozzle flow path.

Peening apparatus

Provided is an easy and clean processing machine. The processing machine includes a processing chamber having a discharge port; a tank having an inflow port with a gap from the discharge port; a drawer to be stowed in the processing chamber and pulled out rearward from the processing chamber, the drawer including a front plate, a pair of side plates, and a bottom plate including a filter disposed in a front portion, a guide including a stopper; and a slider including a latch portion to collide with the stopper to stop the drawer at an intermediate position. The discharge port is located above the bottom plate, and the filter is located above the inflow port when the drawer is located at the intermediate position.

Processing machine

An apparatus capable of efficiently performing a metal surface processing. The abrasive peening apparatus includes a processing tank storing abrasive particles and peening liquid, and including a bottom portion in which a workpiece is immersed in the peening liquid; a dispensing chamber having a plurality of recesses on an upper surface, and disposed in the bottom portion to dispense the peening liquid; a stirring nozzle disposed at a center of the recess directing vertically upward and connected to the dispensing chamber to eject the peening liquid; a peening nozzle immersed inside the processing tank to eject the peening liquid toward the workpiece; and a moving device moving the peening nozzle relative to the workpiece.

Abrasive peening apparatus and abrasive peening method

A cleaning apparatus capable of thoroughly cleaning all parts of a workpiece is provided. The cleaning apparatus includes: a cleaning chamber; a table rotation shaft that rotates about a first axis; a first swivel fitting disposed inside the table rotation shaft; a table on which the cleaning workpiece is placed; a first motor that rotates the table rotation shaft; a propeller shaft that rotates about a second axis that is parallel to the first axis; a second swivel fitting connected to a propeller shaft; and a nozzle that rotates integrally with the second swivel shaft and that ejects a cleaning fluid in a direction different from the second axis toward the cleaning workpiece.

The machining apparatus includes: a cover including a side plate, a projecting portion disposed below the side plate, a rectangular shaped front opening, and a semicircular shaped planar opening; a first door body including a first drum disposed in a first side of a mating surface, a first abutting surface connected to the first drum, and a first top plate, and accommodated inside the cover by rotated about a first axis; and a second door body including a second drum disposed in the second side of the mating surface, a second abutting surface abut to the first abutting surface on the mating surface, and a second top plate, and accommodated inside the cover by rotated about a second axis.
