An ophthalmologic information processing apparatus includes an analyzer, a storage unit, and a display controller. The analyzer is configured to specify an atrophy region in a fundus by analyzing data of the fundus of a subject's eye acquired using optical coherence tomography. The storage unit stores image data of the fundus. The display controller is configured to cause a fundus image of the subject's eye to be displayed on a display means based on the image data stored in the storage unit, and to cause a region corresponding to the atrophy region in the fundus image to be displayed on the display means so as to be identifiable.

An ophthalmologic information processing apparatus includes an analyzer, and a display controller. The analyzer is configured to specify one or more atrophy regions in a fundus of a subject's eye by analyzing data of the fundus acquired using optical coherence tomography. The display controller is configured to cause a plurality of images, each of which represents the one or more atrophy regions specified by the analyzer, to be displayed on a display means in chronological order, based on the plurality of data acquired at different timings.

An ophthalmologic information processing apparatus includes an analyzer, a storage unit, a region editing unit, and a display controller. The analyzer is configured to analyze data of a subject's eye optically acquired by projecting light onto the subject's eye, and to specify a lesion region in the subject's eye. The storage unit stores image data of the subject's eye. The region editing unit is configured to specify a changed region by changing the lesion region based on operation information corresponding to an operation content on an operating unit. An ophthalmological device of some embodiment examples includes a memory, detecting processor, identifying processor, transforming processor, and composing processor. The memory stores a plurality of angiograms acquired by applying optical coherence tomography to an eye fundus. The detecting processor is configured to detect a feature point from each of the angiograms. The identifying processor is configured to identify a plurality of feature point groups from among a plurality of feature points detected from the angiograms. Each feature point group corresponds to a same site of the eye fundus. The transforming processor is configured to transform at least part of the angiograms based on the feature point groups. The composing processor is configured to compose two or more angiograms of the angiograms at least part of which has been transformed, based on the feature point groups.

A storage device of an ophthalmologic image display device of an embodiment stores a three dimensional data set acquired by scanning a subject's eye using OCT. An image processor forms, based on the three dimensional data set, a B-mode image, front images, and composite front image obtained from the front images. A display controller displays the B-mode image, front images and composite front image in a predetermined layout. The display controller displays distinguishment color information for distinguishment between the front images by colors and slice area information that indicates a partial region of the B-mode image corresponding to a slice area of the three dimensional data set represented by each front image in a color according to the distinguishment color information, and displays a composite front image based on the front images, each of which is expressed by a color according to the distinguishment color information.

Image displaying method

An ophthalmologic apparatus of an embodiment includes an examination part, a moving mechanism, an information obtaining part, and a controller. The examination part is configured to include an optical system for optically examining an eye. The moving mechanism is configured to move the optical system. The information obtaining part is configured to obtain information for carrying out position matching of the optical system to the eye. The controller is configured to carry out first control for the moving mechanism based on the information obtained by the information obtaining part to move the optical system, determine whether information optically obtained by the optical system after the first control is appropriate to the examination or not, and when it is determined that this information is not appropriate, carry out second control for the moving mechanism in response to a prescribed trigger to move the optical system.

Ophthalmologic apparatus

An optical system splits light into signal light and reference light and detects interference light between scattered light of signal light from living body and reference light. A scanner performs first scan in which first cross section that intersects interested blood vessel is repeatedly scanned with signal light. An image forming part forms first cross sectional image expressing chronological variation of morphology of first cross section and phase image expressing chronological variation of phase difference based on detection results of interference light acquired during first scan. A blood vessel region specifying part specifies blood vessel region corresponding to interested blood vessel for first cross sectional image and phase image. A blood flow information generator generates blood flow information related to interested blood vessel based on blood vessel region of first cross sectional image and chronological variation of phase difference within blood vessel region of phase image.

Optical image measuring apparatus, image displaying apparatus and image displaying method

An ophthalmologic apparatus of an embodiment includes an examination part, moving mechanism, two or more imaging parts, extracting part and controller. The examination part includes an optical system for optically examining an eye. The moving mechanism moves the optical system. The two or more imaging parts obtain moving images of the eye from two or more different directions. The extracting part extracts a partial image from each of two or more images substantially simultaneously obtained by the two or more imaging parts. The controller carries out display control for displaying in real time two or more partial images extracted by the extracting part with an arrangement in accordance with the positional relationship thereof on a display means and movement control for controlling the moving mechanism based on an instruction input from an operation means.

An ophthalmologic apparatus of an embodiment includes an acquiring part, a first optical system, a forming part and a controller. The acquiring part acquires a first front image of an eye fundus. The first optical system scans the fundus by signal light and detects interference light of returned light of the signal light and reference light. The forming part repeatedly forms a second front image of the fundus and a cross sectional image showing a cross section perpendicular to the second front image based on the detection results repeatedly obtained by the first optical system. The controller displays the first front image on a display means, displays, as a moving image, the second front images repeatedly formed by the forming part over the first front image, and displays, as a moving image, the cross sectional images repeatedly formed by the forming part.
