The present invention facilitates making electrical connections. In this terminal block, when an electric wire is inserted in a housing, the end of the electric wire pushes in a block part of a movable member, and a contact part of a locking member with the block part interposed therebetween, thereby releasing the locking of a leaf spring moving part by a hook part of the locking member, and the electric wire is secured by the leaf spring moving part, and the degree to which a display part of the movable member moving in conjunction with the block part is visible through a window part changes according to the change in position of the display part.

Terminal block

A connector is provided with a locking portion having hook portions extending in the first direction, arranged at intervals around the first direction, and capable of being resilient deformation in a second direction intersecting the first direction and away from the connector main body, and a holding portion having a tubular shape encircling the locking portion around the first direction and having a screw groove portion provided on an inner peripheral surface at an end portion in the first direction and adjacent to a connection portion. The holding portion is moveable between a holding position where the holding portion holds the locking portion locked to a to-be-locked portion of a first mating connector, a hold releasing position where the holding portion releases the holding of the locking portion, and a fitting position where the screw groove portion is fitted to a screw thread portion of a second mating connector.

Connector for different connection types

A connector is provided with a cable that includes a conductor and an insulation, connector bodies that are provided on one ends in an extending direction of the cable, and a cover unit that covers and integrates each of the one ends of the cable and each of the connector bodies. The cable includes a first cohesion unit provided on a surface of the insulation at each of one ends over an entire circumference around the extending direction of the cable, and fixed to the cover unit so as to be detachable by cohesive fracture.

A terminal block includes a display-use moveable member which has a main body portion that can reciprocate in the direction intersecting a terminal connection surface and a contact moveable portion that extends along a guide surface, has a first end portion in an extension direction that is disposed so as to come into contact with a conductor portion in an electric wire passage portion and move in a first direction away from the terminal connection surface, and has a second end portion in the extension direction that is connected to the main body portion, and moves in an array direction in response to movement of the first end portion in the first direction to move the main body portion in a second direction toward the terminal connection surface.

The terminal block includes a movable operation feeling generating member () which generates an operation feeling according insertion of a conductor portion into an accommodating portion () from a first opening portion (), and a first protruding portion () disposed in the accommodating portion to be capable of coming into contact with the movable operation feeling generating member being rotated by the insertion of the conductor portion into the accommodating portion from the first opening portion after the conductor portion and a terminal electrode portion () are changed from the non-connected state to the connected state. The movable operation feeling generating member includes a first contact portion () capable of coming into contact with the conductor portion inserted into the accommodating portion, and a second contact portion () which has a second protruding portion () generating the operation feeling by coming into contact with the first protruding portion ().

A terminal block includes a state display portion which displays whether a conductor portion and a terminal electrode portion are in a connected state or a non-connected state at a third opening portion and a movable display member. The movable display member has a main body portion capable of reciprocating in a direction intersecting a terminal connection surface, a contact portion capable of coming into contact with a conductor portion inserted from a first opening portion into an accommodating portion, a force transmitting portion which moves the main body portion toward the terminal connection surface when the conductor portion is inserted from the first opening portion to the accommodating portion, and rotating mechanism portions which rotate the state display portion so that display of the state display portion can be changed between a connected state and a non-connected state in accordance with the reciprocating movement of the main body portion.

A screwless terminal block allows easy insertion and removal of a wire. A housing () includes a fixture insertion opening () through which a rod-like fixture () is inserted to come in contact with a contact pressure spring () and deform the spring () away from a wire (). When the fixture () is inserted through the fixture insertion opening (), an acute angle of 45&#xb0; or less is formed by an axis of the fixture () and a straight line connecting a contact point A between the housing () and a part of the fixture () adjacent to the wire insertion opening () and a contact point B between the housing () and a part of the fixture () adjacent to the spring () at a cross-section taken along a plane including the axis of the fixture () and parallel to a pressing direction of the spring ().

Screwless terminal block

Provided is an electronic device that is highly resistant to a water-soluble grinding oil and a method for manufacturing the same. An electronic device includes a main body and a cable including a lead wire, an insulating portion, and an outer coat, a first sealing portion that covers the insulating portion, and a second sealing portion that seals the first sealing portion, the insulating portion is made of a material that is more resistant to a water-soluble grinding oil than the outer coat is, and the first sealing portion is made of a material that has higher adherence to the insulating portion than that of the second sealing portion does.

Electric connector

A connector includes a plug and a socket that are connected and integrated to each other. The plug and socket each have an end to which a connection line may be respectively connected. The plug of the connector includes a plug body for connecting to the connection line and having a fitting recess on one end, a plug holder configured to be freely rotatably fitted over the plug body without slipping, and a stopper fitting configured to be freely rotatably fitted over the plug body and slidable in the shaft center direction. The socket of the connector includes a socket body for connecting to the connection line at one end and a socket holder. The socket body has an insertion portion configured so as to fit into the fitting recess of the plug body. The socket holder is configured to be freely rotatably fitted over the socket body without slipping.

Connector for serving both screw type and bayonet type connectors

A connector has a plug connected to a first electric cable, and having a pin terminal and a plug holder, a socket connected to a second electric cable, and having a socket terminal and a socket holder, and a first tubular shield member and a second tubular shield member. The pin terminal of the plug is press-fitted and electrically connected to the socket terminal of the socket. The plug holder is connected to the socket holder. A first end of the first tubular shield member is electrically connected to a shield wire of the first electric cable. An elastic arm formed at an opening edge at a second end of the first tubular shield member is contacted to a conductive inner peripheral surface of the plug holder. A first end of the second tubular shield member is electrically connected to a shield wire of the second electric cable. An elastic arm of formed at an opening edge a second end of the second tubular shield member is contacted to a conductive inner peripheral surface of the socket holder.
