A circuit assembly includes: a relay; a case that houses the relay; and a bus bar including a fastening part configured to be fastened to a connection part of the relay, and a heat transfer part configured to be in thermally conductive contact with an external heat dissipation target, wherein the relay includes an excitation connector part that is provided on a side surface of the relay, and that is open in a direction opposite to a direction in which the connection part is open, the fastening part of the bus bar protrudes upward from the heat transfer part disposed on a bottom wall side of the case so as to be inclined at an angle larger than 90°, and the excitation connector part of the relay in which the connection part connected to the fastening part of the bus bar is open obliquely upward.

Circuit assembly

Disclosed is a circuit assembly having a novel structure capable of reducing thermal resistance in a heat-dissipating path and increasing heat dissipation while ensuring insulation between a heat-dissipating portion and a heat-dissipation target. A circuit assembly includes: heat-generating components that generate heat as a result of a current flowing therethrough; a case accommodating the heat-generating components; metal plates connected to connecting portions of the heat-generating components, and each having a heat-dissipating portion exposed to an outside of the case and configured to come into thermal contact with an external heat-dissipation target; insulating films covering a contact surface of the heat-dissipating portion, the contact surface being configured to come into contact with the heat-dissipation target; and a thermal conductive filling member that is in thermal contact with the heat-dissipating portion via the insulating films and disposed between the insulating films and the heat-dissipation target.

An inter-terminal connection structure including a plurality of terminal portions and a conductive component electrically connecting the plurality of terminal portions. The conductive component includes a conductive member having a plurality of connection portions fastened to the respective terminal portions in a connected state. The connection structure also includes a case having insulation properties while accommodating the conductive member, an insulating terminal portion cover covering at least one of the terminal portions, a terminal portion opening window provided to the terminal portion cover to partially expose the terminal portion, and a connection-portion-side relay portion provided to the connection portion fastened to the terminal portion covered by the terminal portion cover, and projecting to an outside of the case and inserted through the terminal portion opening window to be connected to the terminal portion.

Inter-terminal connection structure

Substrate connection structure and vehicle wiring module

An electrical connection box for installation in a vehicle includes a bus bar to electrically and thermally interconnect a plurality of electrical components electrically connected to a power storage device or in-vehicle load installed in the vehicle, a casing to house the plurality of electrical components and the bus bar, and an insulating heat dissipation member thermally connected to the bus bar and the casing, with at least two of the plurality of electrical components being disposed adjacent to each other, and the bus bar dissipating heat from the two electrical components via the heat dissipation member.

Electrical connection box

Provided is a circuit structure having a novel structure that allows heat from a heat-generating component to be dissipated more efficiently. A circuit structure includes: a heat-generating component that generates heat when energized; energization bus bars that are connected to connection portions of the heat-generating component; cooling members that are formed separately from the energization bus bars, and are connected to the connection portions of the heat-generating component along with energization bus bars, and the heat-transfer portions that are provided in the cooling members, and are in heat-conductive contact with a heat-dissipating body.

Circuit structure

An inter-terminal connection structure electrically connecting terminal portions via a conductive component. The conductive component includes a conductive member having connection portions that are fastened so as to be connected to the respective terminal portions, and a case having insulation properties while accommodating the conductive member, an insulating cover covering at least one of the terminal portions and the connection portions, an opening window provided to the insulating cover and exposing at least one of the terminal portions and the connection portions, and a relay portion provided to the connection portion or the terminal portion fastened to the at least one of the terminal portions and the connection portions covered by the insulating cover while being inserted through the opening window to be connected to the at least one of the terminal portions and the connection portions.

A vehicle mounting structure including: a vehicle frame having a floor panel mounted thereabove; and a power storage device assembled under the vehicle frame, wherein: a protrusion is arranged in the power storage device that can be vertically fitted into a recess in the vehicle frame, and a plurality of electrical wires are arranged inside the protrusion arranged in the power storage device.

A wiring module includes a first housing section row, a second housing section row, and linking sections. The first housing section row includes first housing sections that are arranged in an arrangement direction and include connection bus bars therein, respectively. The second housing section row includes second housing sections that are arranged in the arrangement direction and include the connection bus bars and output bus bars therein, respectively, and is disposed away from the first housing section row with respect to a crossing direction that crosses the arrangement direction. The linking sections are disposed between the first and second housing section rows and link the first and second housing section rows. The first housing sections are connected by a first warping section that can be deformed with warping and the second housing sections are connected by a second warping section that can be deformed with warping.

Wiring module

Provided is a power supply apparatus that can be disposed below a floor panel of a vehicle, including: a wiring structural body that is disposed below the floor panel, and is routed such that a first high-voltage wire harness, a second high-voltage wire harness, and a low-voltage wire harness extend along the wiring structural body; a high-voltage electricity storage device disposed below the wiring structural body; a first low-voltage electricity storage device and a second low-voltage electricity storage device that are disposed below the wiring structural body; and a 100-V charger, a first DC/DC converter, and a second DC/DC converter that are disposed below the wiring structural body.

Power supply apparatus and vehicle

A protector includes a plurality of lead-out openings through which electric cables are configured to be led out, and an electric cable attachment part which is provided in a projecting manner at an opening edge part of the lead-out opening and to which the electric cables are configured to be attached through a hinge part with flexibility. The electric cable attachment part is bent toward the lead-out opening by the hinge part, and a bent state thereof is configured to be held by a holding part.

Protector, connection module, and end linking member for connection module

A battery wiring module has a novel structure with which workability of a wire routing process can be improved and is able to prevent or reduce the occurrence of misrouting. A battery wiring module includes a plurality of busbars that electrically connect adjacent battery cells of a plurality of battery cells arranged in a row, a plurality of coated wires connected at one end to an external connection terminal and a connecting part provided at the other end being connected to one of the busbars, a wire routing body in which a busbar housing frame that houses the busbars and a wire routing passage that routes the coated wires are provided, and a sub-assembly protector that is mounted to the wire routing body, the sub-assembly protector holding a plurality of coated wires.

Battery wiring module

A plurality of sets of power storage devices each formed by connecting a plurality of power storage devices in parallel are connected in series. A wiring module that is arranged on a plurality of power storage devices each having electrode terminals, the wiring module including: a plurality of connection bus bars each connected to a corresponding electrode terminal and each having 2n (n is a natural number greater than or equal to 2) electrode connection portions; and an insulating protector that houses the plurality of connection bus bars. In each of the plurality of connection bus bars, the cross-sectional areas of the second electrode connection portion from the right of the connection bus bar and the third electrode connection portion from the right of the connection bus bar are set to be larger than the cross-sectional areas of the other electrode connection portions.

Wiring module and power storage module

A wiring module that can account for tolerance in an alignment direction of a plurality of power storage devices includes: a first unit row including a plurality of first units linked by a first warping linking portion and a first slide linking portion that enable adjustment of an interval between the plurality of first units, the first warping linking portion having a warping portion and the linking portion having an inner wall and an outer wall; a second unit row including a plurality of second units linked by a second linking portion having an inner wall and an outer wall and enables adjustment of an interval between the plurality of second units, the second unit row being disposed side-by-side with the first unit row; and a row linking portion that has a variable row-interval portion that enables adjustment of an interval between the first and the second unit rows.
