A heat conduction device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided. The heat conduction device includes a first plate, a second plate and a capillary structure. The first plate is connected opposite to the second plate. The capillary structure is formed on space between the first plate and the second plate. A vapor channel is formed on a region of the space outside the capillary structure.

The present invention relates to a cap bill plate having multiple-layers. The multiple layer of the cap bill plate includes three layers, a first layer, a second layer, and a third layer. The first layer includes a reflective layer thereby providing greater visibility. Since the second layer is totally foamed so as to reduce its weight, the cap wearer will feel better comfort. Besides, the third layer includes a moldable material which allows itself to be shaped in any desired structure.

A cap includes a bill portion, a body formed by a plurality of gores, and a sweatband sewn on a lower edge of the body. The sweatband is substantially sewing-free among different sections and includes a third section connected to the bill portion, a second section connected to the first section which is made of uniaxial elastic fabric, and a first section connected to a portion of the body other than the bill portion. The second section is connected between the first section and the third section without a sewing portion.

A manufacturing method for a seamless hat that uses cloth material having a chemical fiber component, which is cut to form cut-out pieces having specific pattern outlines, then, after affixing superimposed edges of the stitched cut-out pieces, supersonic or high frequency equipment is used to administer heat processing on the fixedly joined edges of the cut-out pieces. Thereupon, any surplus material from the stitched cut-out pieces can be cut away, only leaving the very minimum of connecting gathered edges. Then, heating art is implemented to externally apply and cover the joined areas of the gathered edges with hold-down strips containing thermosol or thermal polyurethane (TPU) membrane, thereby fabricating a hat.

Manufacturing method for a seamless hat

A method of manufacturing headgear of a peeling off effect adopts papers in the headgear manufacture, i.e. pluralities of laminated papers are combined with a fabric, and then integrally colored, cut and sewn to form a headgear. After a wash treatment, the paper material of the headgear will gradually peel off to engender a cracked effect of different degrees on the appearance depending the length of the use time, thereby obtaining an ancient, pioneering and special style.
