An electronic device is provided. The electronic device includes at least one battery, a charging circuit, a display, at least one processor, and a memory, the charging circuit is configured to charge the at least one battery or supply power to the at least one processor and/or the display by receiving charging power provided from an outside, and the at least one processor is configured to operate based on at least part of the power supplied from the charging circuit while the electronic device is in an off-state, and to identify whether the at least one battery is in an overdischarged state, and based on identifying that the at least one battery is in the overdischarged state, display, on the display, at least one image representing a state of the at least one battery among a plurality of images stored in the memory.

An electronic device and oscillator structure are provided. The electronic device includes a printed circuit board, an oscillator configured to oscillate at a frequency corresponding to an operation clock of the electronic device, and a connection member disposed between the oscillator and the printed circuit board such that the oscillator is spaced apart from a surface of the printed circuit board to electrically connect the oscillator to the printed circuit board. The connection member includes a first pad part electrically connected to a terminal of the oscillator, a second pad part electrically connected to a pad of the printed circuit board, and at least one conductive pattern electrically connecting the first pad part and the second pad part.

An ear jack for preventing the generation of popup noise, and an electronic device including the same are provided. The ear jack includes a body including a passage into which an earphone is inserted. On an inside of the passage is disposed a microphone terminal to which a capacitor is connected, the microphone terminal for receiving microphone bias power when the earphone is connected to the ear jack, a ground terminal, a right sound terminal for outputting right sounds, a left sound terminal for outputting left sounds, and a detection terminal for detecting insertion of the earphone. The ground terminal includes a first ground terminal, according to a standard of the ear jack; and a second ground terminal for discharging an electric power of the capacitor, which is charged by the microphone bias power when the earphone is removed.

The memory device includes a flash memory for storing program data and user data; an interface circuit for copying program data stored in the flash memory according to whether data stored in the flash memory is valid; a first Random Access Memory (RAM) for providing an operation area to store and execute the copied program data; and a second RAM for storing data generated during the execution of program data, wherein the first and second RAMs are independent memories.

Memory device in mobile phone

A memory device for a mobile phone is provided. The memory device includes a flash memory for storing program data and user data; an interface circuit configured for interfacing the flash memory to a microprocessor; a first memory for copying the program data of the flash memory; and a second memory for executing the program data of the first memory wherein the first and second memories are independent memories. The flash memory is a NAND-type flash memory and the interface circuit is an application-specific integrated circuit (ASIC) including a read-only memory (ROM) for storing program codes and an error correction circuit. Additionally, the first and second memories are preferably random-access memories (RAM). By utilizing a NAND-type flash memory in place of a conventional NOR-type flash memory, the memory device can achieve a larger storage capacity at a lower cost.
