Disclosed is an organic light emitting display device. The organic light emitting display device includes an emission part which is disposed between an anode and a cathode and includes an emission layer. The emission part includes at least two emission layers emitting lights of different colors and a recombination zone movement prevention layer. The at least two emission layers each includes at least one host and at least one dopant, and the recombination zone movement prevention layer is disposed on a specific emission layer among the at least two emission layers.

Organic light emitting display device and organic light emitting stacked structure

A white organic light-emitting display device includes a red emission layer between a charge generation layer and a yellow-green emission layer and having a hole transport-type host. The white organic light-emitting display device can improve brightness, color gamut, and color shift rate since the red emission layer functions as a hole transport layer and an electron blocking layer, as well as an emission layer. The white organic light-emitting display device can further improve the efficiency of the red emission layer by reducing exciton quenching between the charge generation layer and the red emission layer by the insertion of an auxiliary layer composed of a hole transport-type host between the charge generation layer and the red emission layer.

White organic light-emitting display device

Discussed herein is an organic light-emitting device capable of increasing luminous efficiency and panel efficiency while improving color gamut. The organic light-emitting device includes a red organic light emitting layer including a single host material of hole transport type and a yellow-green organic light emitting layer including a plurality of host materials in a light-emitting stack. Instead of using an additional host material for the organic light emitting layers, the material of the electron transport layer and the material of the hole transport layer is used as the host material of the yellow-green organic light emitting layer, and the material of the hole transport layer is used as the host material of the red organic light emitting layer. Accordingly, the number of materials of the organic light emitting layers is reduced, such that the fabricating process becomes simpler.

Organic light-emitting element

An organic light emitting device including an organic light emitting element having a low driving voltage and a high luminous efficiency is provided. The organic light emitting device includes two or more stack emission units, and a charge generating layer including an N-type charge generating layer and a P-type charge generating layer is disposed between the stack emission units. Herein, the P-type charge generating layer is formed of a material having an LUMO energy level similar to an HOMO energy level of a hole transporting layer injected with holes from the P-type charge generating layer. Accordingly, even if the P-type charge generating layer is not additionally doped with a P-type dopant, it is possible to readily inject holes into a stack emission unit adjacent to the P-type charge generating layer.

Organic light emitting device

An organic light emitting diode display has uniform light emission efficiency over the entire pixel area. The organic light emitting diode display comprises: a substrate having a red pixel area, a green pixel area, and a blue pixel area arrayed in a matrix; an anode electrode in the red, green, and blue pixel areas; a hole injection layer including an organic material with an extinction coefficient less than about 0.13 and on the anode electrode covering a whole surface of the substrate; an emission layer on the hole injection layer; an electron injection layer on a whole surface of the emission layer; and a cathode electrode on a whole surface of the electron injection layer.
