An inorganic light emitting diode is disclosed. The inorganic light emitting diode includes a first semiconductor layer, a second semiconductor layer having a light emitting surface composed of four sides, an active layer disposed between the first semiconductor layer and the second semiconductor layer, a first electrode coupled to the first semiconductor layer, and a second electrode coupled to the second semiconductor layer, wherein the light emitting surface has a trapezoid shape in which two opposing sides are asymmetric in relation to each other.

Inorganic light emitting diode, display module and manufacturing method thereof

An inorganic light emitting diode is disclosed. The inorganic light emitting diode includes a first semiconductor layer, a second semiconductor layer having a light emitting surface composed of four sides, an active layer disposed between the first semiconductor layer and the second semiconductor layer, a first electrode coupled to the first semiconductor layer, and a second electrode coupled to the second semiconductor layer, wherein the light emitting surface has a trapezoid shape in which two opposing sides are symmetric with respect to each other.

A viewing angle adjusting member and an electronic device including the same are provided. The viewing angle adjusting member includes a first transparent film including a first transparent electrode layer, a second transparent film including a second transparent electrode layer, and a blocking material provided between the first transparent film and the second transparent film and containing nanoparticles configured to block light. Display panel and large display device using same

A display module includes a display panel including an inorganic light emitting element and a pixel circuit configured to provide a driving current to the inorganic light emitting element; and a driver configured to drive the pixel circuit. The pixel circuit includes a pulse amplitude modulation (PAM) circuit configured to control an amplitude of the driving current based on an applied PAM data voltage, and a pulse width modulation (PWM) circuit configured to control a pulse width of the driving current based on an applied PWM data voltage. The driver includes a power supply circuit configured to provide, to the PAM circuit, a first power supply voltage for driving the PAM circuit, and provide, to the PWM circuit, a second power supply voltage for driving the PWM circuit.

Display module and driving method thereof

A display module and a manufacturing method thereof is provided. The display module may include a substrate; a thin film transistor (TFT) layer disposed on a surface of the substrate; a plurality of LED packages including a connection substrate and a plurality of LEDs disposed on a first surface of the connection substrate; and a wiring configured to electrically connect the TFT layer and the plurality of LEDs. The wiring includes a first wiring for electrically coupling with the plurality of LEDs on the first surface, and a second wiring for electrically coupling with the TFT layer on a second surface of the connection substrate.
