A display device comprises a pixel part including a plurality of pixels and disposed in a display area, a demultiplexing circuit part disposed in a non-display area surrounding the display area and transferring a data voltage to the pixel part, and a connection pattern disposed in the non-display area, transferring a constant voltage to the pixel part, and including a first portion overlapping the demultiplexing circuit part and a second portion disposed between the first portion and the pixel part. A plurality of first penetration holes vertically penetrating the first portion are formed in the first portion, and a plurality of second penetration holes vertically penetrating the second portion are formed in the second portion.

The array substrate includes a signal transfer wing overlapping the sealing member and electrically connected to the pixel array, an insulation layer covering the signal transfer wiring and including an inorganic material, a power transfer wiring disposed on the insulation layer, overlapping the sealing member and having a multi-wiring structure, and an expansion pattern connected to the power transfer wiring, having a thickness smaller than an entire thickness of the power transfer wiring and overlapping the sealing member and the signal transfer wiring. An outer edge of the expansion pattern is disposed within a sealing area where the sealing member is disposed.

A display device includes a first active pattern, a first compensation gate electrode disposed on the first active pattern, including a first electrode extension part extending in a first direction and a first electrode protrusion part protruding from the first electrode extension part in a second direction crossing the first direction, and a compensation gate line disposed on the first compensation gate electrode and including a line extension part extending in the first direction and a first line protrusion part protruding from the line extension part in the second direction. The line extension part contacts the first electrode extension part through a first contact hole, wherein the first contact hole may overlap the first electrode extension part. The first line protrusion part may contact the first electrode protrusion part through a second contact hole, wherein the second contact hole may overlap the first electrode protrusion part.

The sealing portion surrounds a periphery of the display area and attaches the first substrate and the second substrate to each other. The power supply line arranged in the overlapping area includes a first conductive layer and a second conductive layer arranged on the first conductive layer.

A display panel and a method of manufacturing a display panel are provided. A method of manufacturing a display panel includes: preparing a unit panel including a panel area having a display unit and a margin area arranged outside the panel area and including one or more dummy seals; cutting a line between the panel area and the margin area by irradiating a laser along a boundary of the panel area; and striking a vicinity of the one or more dummy seals such that the margin area at an outer periphery of the cut line is separated from the panel area.
