The method includes: acquiring genetic information of a person by scanning the microarray; generating a secret key for identifying the unique property of the person from the acquired genetic information; and encrypting the acquired genetic information by using the generated secret key. Accordingly, the method can prevent the leakage of the genetic information of the person and protect the person's privacy.
