In the electromagnetic operating device, the driving power supply is composed of two types of power supplies: a capacitor power supply serving as a power supply which is for performing opening/closing operation in a normal time with respect to the vacuum valve; and a DC power supply which is for performing opening/closing operation in an emergency. The capacitor power supply which is for performing opening/closing operation in the normal time includes: capacitors that store electric power to be supplied to the electromagnetic coil; and a control board which controls a current to be supplied from the capacitors to the electromagnetic coil in response to an open-contact or close-contact command to the vacuum valve. Then, the DC power supply which is for performing opening/closing operation in the emergency is to directly supply DC electric power to the electromagnetic coil.

Electromagnetic operating device

A solenoid operated device includes: a fixed iron core formed of a horizontal iron core portion and vertical iron core portions; a movable iron core disposed in an axially displaceable manner with respect to the fixed iron core; a magnet coil disposed between the movable iron core and the vertical iron core portions of the fixed iron core; and a drive shaft installed at an axial center portion of the movable iron core and driving a switchgear to open and close a switch thereof. The solenoid operated device is provided with a stopper installed on the drive shaft in a shaft portion penetrating through the horizontal iron core portion of the fixed iron core and regulating an opening direction position of the movable iron core by abutting on the horizontal iron core portion of the fixed iron core during an opening operation of the switchgear.

Solenoid operated device

A vacuum valve includes a fixed side electrode on a fixed side current-carrying shaft and a movable side electrode on a movable side current-carrying shaft. An opening and closing unit is coaxially disposed with the movable side current-carrying shaft, and drives the movable side current-carrying shaft. A chattering suppression structure is coaxially disposed with the fixed side current-carrying shaft on the fixed side of the vacuum valve, and suppresses chattering. The opening and closing unit includes an electromagnetic operating mechanism which drives the movable side current-carrying shaft when energized. A contact pressure spring is coaxially disposed with the electromagnetic operating mechanism, and applies contact pressure between the movable side electrode and the fixed side electrode during contact closing of the vacuum valve. A release spring is coaxially disposed with the electromagnetic operating mechanism, and assists driving force of the electromagnetic operating mechanism during contact opening of the vacuum valve.

Power switchgear

An electromagnetic device includes: a fixed iron core; a movable iron core which is disposed to face the fixed iron core and which is displaceable in an axis line direction of the drive shaft; an electromagnetic coil; a permanent magnet which retains the movable iron core at the advanced position; supporting posts which are provided parallel to the axis line direction on both side surfaces of the fixed iron core and support the fixed iron core; an opening-side plate which is provided at one end portion of the supporting post; and a closing-side plate which is provided at the other end portion of the supporting post, wherein the advanced position of the movable iron core is restricted by the fixed iron core and the retreated position is restricted by the opening-side plate.

Electromagnetic device and switching device using same

An electromagnetically operated device includes: a moving member of the electromagnetically operated device; a drive coil that is energized to generate magnetic flux for driving the moving member; a permanent magnet provided between a stationary member and the moving member for holding the moving member; and a holding force adjusting member for adjusting the holding force applied to the moving member by the permanent magnet, wherein the holding force adjusting member is placed at a position that will not be included in the main magnetic path of the magnetic flux caused by the drive coil so as to be removable.

Electromagnetically operated device and switching device including the same

A switching apparatus includes: a vacuum valve which houses a fixed side electrode fixed to a fixed current-carrying shaft and a movable side electrode fixed to a movable current-carrying shaft coaxially arranged with the fixed current-carrying shaft in face-to-face relation to the fixed side electrode; and a buffering mechanism which is coaxially disposed with the fixed current-carrying shaft on the fixed side of the vacuum valve and reduces a collision load at the time when the movable side electrode is close contact with the fixed side electrode.

In a switch device in which the main circuit contact sections of the switch device, an insulating rod, a driving rod, a contact pressure spring, an open spring, and an electromagnet are all coaxially arranged, a problem exists in that the axial dimension of the switch device becomes large. The present invention has been made to solve the aforementioned problem. An object is to obtain an electromagnet device and a switch device using the electromagnet device, in which shortening the axial dimension of the switch device is achieved by arranging the main circuit contact sections of the switch device, the insulating rod, the driving rod, the contact pressure spring, the open spring, and a part of the electromagnet in the same axial range. Particularly, the open spring and the electromagnet are arranged in the same axial region.

In an electromagnetic switch for an auxiliary-rotation starter according to the present invention, the magnetic bypass core is disposed at a place that is an air gap portion, in a magnetic circuit, through which the plunger moves due to magnetic attractive force produced by energizing the attraction coil and the holding coil and that is between the outer circumference of the plunger and the inner circumference of the bobbin, in such a way that one end thereof makes contact with one end of the case and the other end thereof faces the end of the core by the intermediary of an air gap.
