The present disclosure relates to a method for performing vehicle position recognition using a geomagnetic sensor by calibrating the geomagnetic sensor on the basis of a geomagnetic sensor value stored in a database in advance before entrance to an area in which position recognition through a GPS is impossible. Thus, it is possible to accurately detect a position of a vehicle using the geomagnetic sensor even in a structure such as a tunnel.

Provided are electronic devices and methods for power reduction in systems with multiple memory ranks. A display device includes a pixel circuit connected to a light emitting element. The pixel circuit includes a driving transistor having a gate electrode, a source electrode, and a drain electrode, and a capacitor connected with the gate electrode. The pixel circuit is driven according to a first period when a reference voltage is applied to the gate electrode, a second period when a gate-source voltage difference of the driving transistor is a threshold voltage of the driving transistor, a third period when the reference voltage is applied to the capacitor, and a voltage of the gate electrode varies due to a coupling phenomenon of the capacitor, a fourth period when a high-potential voltage higher than the reference voltage is applied to the source electrode, and a fifth period when the driving transistor is turned on to cause the light emitting element to emit light.

A semiconductor package includes a redistribution substrate, a first memory chip provided on the redistribution substrate, the first memory chip comprising a first base layer, a first circuit layer provided on a top surface of the first base layer, and a first via penetrating the first base layer and connected to the first circuit layer and the redistribution substrate, a logic chip provided on the first memory chip, and a first molding layer surrounding the first memory chip. An outer side surface of the first molding layer is coplanar with a side surface of the logic chip. At an interface of the logic chip and the first memory chip, a first chip pad provided in the first circuit layer of the first memory chip and a second chip pad of the logic chip are formed of the same material and constitute one body.

Particularly, a method for a user equipment (UE) performing V2X communication with a PC5 interface in a wireless communication system includes: receiving from an upper layer a request for transmitting a V2X message; requesting radio resources, for V2X communication with a PC5 interface, to a base station or selecting radio resources for V2X communication with the PC5 interface; and performing transmission of V2X communication with the PC5 interface, wherein, if a UE has emergency packet data network (PDN) connection, an indication, indicating that transmission with the emergency PDN connection is a higher priority than the V2X communication with the PC5 interface, can be transmitted from the upper layer.
