A disclosed electroluminescence display may include: a substrate; a driving element on the substrate; an anode electrode on the substrate and connected to the driving element; a bank on the anode electrode and defining an emission area at the anode electrode; a light emitting layer on the bank and the anode electrode; a cathode electrode on the light emitting layer; and a color temperature control layer between the anode electrode and the substrate in the emission area.

A light emitting display apparatus includes a substrate, a pixel driving circuit layer provided in the substrate, a planarization layer provided on the pixel driving circuit layer, and an anode electrode provided on the planarization layer, wherein the anode electrode is connected to a driving transistor included in the pixel driving circuit layer, the pixel driving circuit layer includes a first main electrode and a second main electrode provided on the first main electrode with an insulation layer therebetween, and a first low reflection electrode is provided under the first main electrode, and a second low reflection electrode is provided under the second main electrode.

A thin film transistor array substrate comprises a substrate, a light shielding layer provided on the substrate, and a thin film transistor provided overlapped by the light shielding layer, wherein the thin film transistor includes a semiconductor layer on the light shielding layer, a gate insulating layer on the semiconductor layer, a gate electrode on the gate insulating layer, and a source electrode connected to a first side of the semiconductor layer and a drain electrode connected to a second side of the semiconductor layer, wherein at least one of the light shielding layer, the gate electrode, the source electrode, and the drain electrode includes a first quantum-dot layer.

Thin film transistor array substrate

An electroluminescent display device is disclosed. The electroluminescent display device includes a substrate having thereon a first sub pixel and a second sub pixel, a first electrode in each of the first sub pixel and the second sub pixel on the substrate, an organic layer with P-type polarity or N-type polarity on the first electrode, and a second electrode on the organic layer. The organic layer provided in the first sub pixel and the organic layer provided in the second sub pixel are spaced apart from each other with a doping layer provided in the boundary area between the first sub pixel and the second sub pixel. The doping layer is doped with dopant whose polarity is opposite to that of the organic layer.

Electroluminescent display device

A display apparatus includes a display panel having a front area and a side area, a main body supporting the display panel, an auxiliary member arranged inside the main body, and a semi-transmissive mirror arranged between the auxiliary member and the front area, wherein the side area of the display panel may be arranged inside the main body to face the semi-transmissive mirror. Since an image partially emitted from the display panel may be reflected toward the front area, auxiliary members such as a camera, an illumination sensor, and a proximity sensor may be arranged inside the main body (or below a display) to embody a full screen display, whereby a user's satisfaction may be enhanced and a manufacturing process may be simplified.

Display apparatus including semi-transmissive mirror

A transparent display device for providing only a viewer located at the front with an image is disclosed. The transparent display device comprises a substrate provided with a first subpixel, a second subpixel and a third subpixel, a first electrode provided in each of the first subpixel, the second subpixel and the third subpixel on the substrate, a light emitting layer provided on the first electrode, a second electrode provided on the light emitting layer, an upper color filter provided over the second electrode, a lower color conversion layer provided between the substrate and the first electrode, and a lower color filter provided between the substrate and the lower color conversion layer.

Display apparatus

A display device includes a substrate with a first subpixel and a second subpixel; a first electrode on the substrate, including a first sub electrode provided on the first subpixel and a second sub electrode on the second subpixel; an organic light emitting layer on the first electrode; a second electrode on the organic light emitting layer; a first bank between the first sub electrode and the second sub electrode to partition the first subpixel and the second subpixel from each other; and a light absorption portion inside each of the first sub electrode and the second sub electrode to absorb external light. The first sub electrode includes a reflective metal to cover the light absorption portion. The reflective electrode includes a first transparent conductive layer formed of a transparent conductive material, a reflective layer disposed on the first transparent conductive layer and including a plurality of grains formed of a reflective material, and a second transparent conductive layer disposed on the reflective layer and formed of a transparent conductive material. A display device for improving an outcoupling efficiency of emitted light is disclosed. The display device includes a substrate, a subpixel arranged on the substrate, the subpixel including an organic light emitting diode having an emission portion that emits light, a first passivation layer disposed on the organic light emitting diode, at least one lens positioned on the first passivation layer, the at least one lens disposed in a position corresponding to the emission portion of the organic light emitting diode, a cover layer covering the at least one lens, and a second passivation layer disposed on the cover layer. A refractive index of the at least one lens is greater than a refractive index of the cover layer.
