Proposed are an air conditioner having an integrated heat exchanger and an air conditioning system using the integrated heat exchanger. The integrated heat exchanger enables heat exchange between cooling water and conditioning-air, and generates heating air or cooling air such that cooling/heating efficiency is improved. Further, since the temperature of the cooling water circulating in the integrated heat exchanger is adjusted, there is no temperature adjustment door for adjusting the temperature of conditioning-air, so the number of parts is reduced. Further, since the integrated heat exchanger is applied, components are optimally arranged and the entire package is reduced in size.

An air conditioning system is provided with an integrated heat exchanger. The air conditioning system generates heating air or cooling air through the integrated heat exchanger that adjusts the temperature of conditioning air by circulating coolant, thus securing cooling and heating efficiency. The air conditioning system adjusts temperature by the coolant circulated in the integrated heat exchanger such that a temperature adjustment door for adjusting the temperature of the conditioning air is eliminated, the number of components is decreased, and the size of an overall package is reduced.

A stack type heat exchanger includes a plurality of unit frames stacked on one another, each unit frame including a tube made by combining a pair of plates and forming a path for refrigerant and upper and lower tanks disposed at upper and lower ends of the tube, a radiation fin provided between the stacked tubes, an inlet pipe and an outlet pipe provided at one side of the unit frames through which refrigerant enters and is exhausted, a first burr formed in the lower tank to protrude in a direction opposite to a direction in which the refrigerant flows, and a second burr formed in the upper tank to protrude in the same direction as the direction in which the refrigerant flows.

Stack type heat exchanger

An air conditioner for vehicles is disclosed. This air conditioner feeds recirculation and fresh air in a separate air feeding or a mixed air feeding using a single intake duct and a single intake control door, thus improving its heating and defrosting efficiency during a heating mode operation, and preventing an undesired discharging of white fogging from the vents during a cooling mode operation by changing its air feeding mode from a recirculation air mode to a fresh air mode. This air conditioner also has a simple construction and is reduced in its production cost.

A multistage gaseous and liquid phase separation type condenser has a pair of headers disposed in parallel with each other, and a plurality of flat tubes each connected to the headers at opposite ends thereof and corrugated fins interposed between adjacent flat tubes. Each header is divided by baffles into four chambers. The second header has a receiver and chambers of the second header have communication passageways for placing the chambers of the second header in flow communication with the receiver. The first header has an inlet pipe connected to a middle chamber thereof so as to form an inlet path and an outlet pipe connected to a lower chamber thereof. While the refrigerant flows through the paths defined by a plurality of flat tubes, a first separation of gaseous and liquid phases of the refrigerant occurs within the second header so that the separated gaseous refrigerant is recondensed flowing through an upper path above the inlet path and introduced into the receiver via the communication passageway, whereas the separated liquid refrigerant is introduced into the receiver. A second separation of gaseous and liquid phases of the refrigerant occurs within the receiver in connection with a certain amount of the liquid refrigerant stored in the receiver. The liquid refrigerant in the receiver is communicated with the lower path via a lower communication passageway formed in the lower chamber of the second header.
